We saw Ain't Misbehavin last night and it was the best time! It was a packed house but plenty of parking. The energy was great. They got us in and seated quickly. Our server was attentive, friendly and returned quickly with our drink orders each time. I know she was incredibly busy but she rocked it! The buffet was fabulous. The menu (as best I remember) was green beans with potatoes, corn, pintos, scalloped potatoes, mac n cheese, greens, rolls, chicken and ham. There was also a salad bar and three dessert options. We loved the food. I will say if you like your food heavily seasoned grab some butter from the bar as there are salt and pepper shakers on each table. You can modify as needed. The MC wears multiple hats. I saw the man do everything throughout the night. Bravo! He was hilarious. The show...I cannot say enough about this show. Go see it. The cast and musicians were so much fun. The vocal ranges gave me chills. They put on an incredible show. I would absolutely love to have this same cast do musical reviews together. They'd slay some Gershwn.

I traveled to see the play called Black Nativity. It was fabulous! The spiritual singing and dancing was exhilarating. The room cramped, but the servers were very attentive. The food was buffet style, but it wasn't very good. I only ate the baked chicken. The cost per ticket is $69.00. This was a good cultural experience.

The food could have used a little more seasoning other than that no complaints. I even ask a young man for a spoon. Thank you, young man! The music and their voices were awesome. I truly enjoyed the play. Their costumes beautiful! They even came out so we could greet the cast members after the play. What a "BLESSING ".

What an amazing place! Buffet was delicious but the entertainment was out of this world! The singers were so talented! I went for the Black Nativity show and I can’t even begin to tell how great it was! I enjoyed every single minute! They do have a nice selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to chose from and they didn’t seem to be overly priced like most places. I made the trip up from Charlotte and I will definitely be checking out other shows that I may want to come back for!

I took my friend to see the "Black Nativity" play. The performers were phenomenal. The singer transcended us to holly spiritual space. The MC was so inviting and welcoming. The wait staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The food was the only complaint. It lacked seasoning and appeal. The dessert was a dollop of chocolate pudding on top of an oreo cookie with a few marshmallows. I will definitely attend another performance, but I pray they put way more thought into the food preparation.

This was the oldest continuous running dinner theater in the USA. It is a friendly setting. There are 3 tiers and they go all around the stage. There food was good. The only complaint would be that the desert was an extremely small square of cake in to-go cup with a lid. Any drink beside water, cost. You could easily see the play from any place in the theater. I would recommend this place.

A very intimate and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and professional and the MC/Host (bald, Caucasian man) was hilarious. We saw Ain't Misbehaving and it was a pretty decent show. Thumbs way up for the overall experience! I'd recommend it to anyone interested in an off-Broadway type event.

I came here for the first time in 13 years to see “Black Nativity.” The show was excellent, but that’s where the positivities end. The seating process was completely disorganized and inefficient. I had to order tickets over the phone because the online booking engine wasn’t working. I was not told by the person who took my ticket order that everyone had a seating time, so my family and I showed up at 1:30 (opening time) only to be told that our seating time wasn’t until 2:30. There were two large church groups on tour buses that seemed to take seating precedence, and my 89-year-old grandmother’s age and health was not taken into consideration by staff. She can’t stand for long periods of time so we were forced to wait inside our car for an hour instead of being seated early. The woman who was trying to organize the seating inside was loud and rude, yelling at people for two-tops, three-tops, etc. The building is also not wheelchair/handicap accessible (lots of steps), so it was very difficult for my grandmother to get around – not to mention the fact that the theater was packed to the gills and impossible to maneuver; I wouldn’t be surprised if it was over capacity, which is definitely a fire hazard. The tables were incredibly close together and I couldn’t stretch my arms out without touching another person. Cue the claustrophobia. The food was bland and lacked variety. There was no allergen information nor dietary restriction accommodations. I was unpleasantly surprised that drinks were not included in the ticket price, which they should have been, at least, non-alcoholic, considering how much the tickets cost. Our waitress was inattentive and never came back to ask if we needed refills once taking our initial drink order. The inside and outside of the building also seemed rundown and dirty. Honestly, I think the only reason the Barn is so popular is because it’s the only place of its kind in this area, and therefore there’s nothing to compare it to. It goes without saying this was an overall very poor experience.
