Hands down, the BEST gym in the Panhandle of FL. This gym has something for everyone, regardless of your age or fitness needs. New and clean equipment at every turn, friendly smiling staff who go out of their way to ensure your safety and your success, motivating members and more. To be a part of this gym is to be part of a fitness family that is second to none. Ownership that gives back in time, money and effort is few and far between in most business's in today's day and age but that is exactly what you get from the May family. They strive to pass their success and fortune on to others, including special needs children, military, law enforcement and senior citizens. Don't just invest your dollars and minutes into a gym, invest into THE GYM that will invest back into you just as much. Become a member and you will love it. 5 stars from top to bottom!

The Bar used to be a great gym. However, now since Ms Kathy is not there it has taken a road in a bad direction. They advertise Strongman but don’t support it. The owner and his new wife want only power lifters in their gym. It also says wheelchair accessible, but that would only be for about 10% of the gym. Yes, they do have a lot of new equipment; in fact there is not room to walk around the equipment. If you want a family atmosphere this is not the gym for you. If you want steroid use being prevalent in a gym, then yes this is for you.

This place made my face hurt when the owners mother showed me around - from smiling. Cannot believe it took me 2 years to find them in this location at least. Went through a full history of the business after I paid. Came back a couple hours later and I've got a week off dance card visits just to play with all the options and ACCIDENTALLY get stronger for it. Amazing facility and well thought out. You can see an expert at work.

money-hungry owners ruined it for me, terrible customer service from the owners, zero understanding of any extenuating circumstances (cost me $55 and my friend $100) updating this in response to the owners' reply: I was a member (only for a few short months) on a non-contract plan. I paid my hard-earned money to this gym each month in order to use the facilities. Not once did me or my friend let a non-member in. Each time we entered, we entered both of our codes. I would expect courtesy and respect from the owners in any situation, but this response clearly shows a willingness to berate customers and lie. Don't go here if you value common decency!

A wonderful gym. Family owned and operated. The best gym for those serious about their training. It has something for everyone: bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, functional fitness, and general. You can’t make everyone happy, but this place comes pretty close.

Great place! Very clean and awesome variety of machines, as well as free weights, and floor space. The owners are on site and involved . Mrs. Kathy is awesome!

Returned today as a former member from 2017. The owner cares about his local community and has been around for a long time, serving the Milton/Pea Ridge areas. Awesome environment, great people. Only gym in the area that surpasses your average experience. Highly recommend. -Adam Cabaniss, D.C.

This is the BEST gym in the area. It’s more of a serious crowd for bodybuilders and powerlifters and a very competitive environment. The owners are literally the nicest people ever and would give you the shirt off their backs. I have grown so incredibly much from going to the Bar. It is very well kept and the owners keep up with the fitness trends going on in the industry and match the equipment accordingly. 10/10 recommend!
