We got the Margherita and the chorizo poblano pizza. So delicious!! From the bakery we got the chocolate chip cookie and morning bun. Cookie was bigger than I anticipated and it was crispy on the outside but perfectly soft in the middle which I love. The morning bun was flavorful. Definitely recommend!
I had the pizza delivered to me when I was next door at The Birch. The staff were super friendly and threw in some extra cookies when we had to wait for the cookies a little longer than expected! I’ve eaten just about every pizza on their menu at some point and they are all fantastic. The real difference maker is the pizza dough/crust. So beautifully chewy and crispy, but not dry.
OMG!! Another hidden secret in a Ghent. The pecan coffee cake was everything and more! I also tried the cinnamon roll which was delicious. I highly recommend! They also serve pizza which I will try next time.
I really like their Croissant and cookies. Croissant is crispy outside and soft inside (Golden texture!) and cookies are not too sweet and perfect texture. Highly recommended.
really really delicious pizza! was recommended this place from a bartender at the hotel we’re staying at. ready in 15 minutes and ate at the beer wall next store! They will help you order and bring it over to you. Got bacon & gouda & a pepperoni. ate almost the 2 whole big pizzas between two of us! Very delicious, big proportions and fast service!! we will be back :)
Got the arrabiatta. I'm a person who likes their pizza JUICY, and this sauce was SLURPABLE ❤️🔥 perfect balance of tomato sauce, cheese, and chilis. The sourdough crust was perfectly thin, chewy, and bouncy too. 10/10!
So good! The mini quiche, croissants and pizza are awesome! One of the best croissants I’ve had outside of France. These folks know their craft. Not the best picture of the pizza as it smelled so good I couldn’t wait to take the pic. So many great places to eat in Ghent and Chelsea but this is a stand out. In the evening grab your pie to go and walk next door to The Birch. We've been here around 10 times now. Nothing disappoints! The pizzas are fantastic and so are the pastries. Monday is pizza only day so get your bread or pastries Tuesday thru Sunday.
Update: I reached out through their fb twice and received no response though the messages were read. First time ordering from the main location while I enjoyed a beer at Benchtop, which is in walking distance. Took just over an hour for the pizzas to be delivered. When they arrived they were luke warm and the cheese on the cheese pizza had all turned orange. Very disappointing. I enjoy their pizza at Elation often, but will think twice before ordering from the main location again.
