Went for a performance of Billy Childs! Was a last minute decision so tickets were hard to come by! Got the patio seats but there was a TV there to show the inside performance .. not what we expected. They later moved us inside to a corner for an additional charge. The vibe was great and performance too! Loved the intimate setting but patio seats are not even worth the $15 charge, recommend to go if you get inside seating.
The Best New Years Eve ever! Happy & Healthy 2024 to all! Great atmosphere! Fantastic jazz and very famous baked potatoes and steak salad!!!! 🎄🎉🍾🍷🥃🍸
Love The Baked Potato! Such an intimate venue for some jazz music. First time coming tips: (1) come hungry so you can order one of their 20+ baked potatoes that are the size of your head, (2) pay for the seating inside so you're by the band, (3) show up early to get in line for better seat options, and (4) bring a light jacket as they keep it cool inside. The patio is a nice setup but you view the band view a live feed on a screen. Great friendly staff and an overall great experience!
Went here for the first time but was my second time at a jazz club. The food was amazing, especially the apple pie. The jazz was great of course, and atmosphere/decorations were a great vibe. The selection of baked potatoes is varied, maybe could have used more seasoning. Hoping to come back for sure! Sad that the pie doesn't count as a two drink minimum
A lovely, cozy and intimate venue for amazing live jazz. I highly recommend reserving tickets ahead of time, and I recommend getting indoor seating.
Inside, everything was a little pricey. The baked potato ($21) was pretty good but the drinks were underwhelming. The wines were mini bottles (187ml) instead of the half bottles (375ml). The other cocktails were just okay. Overall, however, the jazz was great! I’ll definitely go again just for the jazz and the ambiance, but not the drinks.
Fantastic jazz in a legendary tiny space. Old school jazz club. It's very small, even cramped, but the music makes it all worthwhile.
The Baked Potato is a really fun venue! The staff was great and the intimate show room made it. The band was phenomenal. I didn’t try the food, but it smelled great! If you’re planning on walking up, check their website first to see if the show is ticketed since space can be limited.
I love this place. Been going here for years. The Baked Potato is LA Music History! It's a small, intimate place to hear Jazz of all kinds: New Orleans, to Trad, to Latin, to Blues to Progressive. The performers are all with the top of their game. It's a pure delight to be able to go here.
Music is 7 nights a week. Tickets may be purchased in advance on their secure website. Don't forget there's a two-drink minimum. And, hungry for the famous baked potatoes. A large menu of choices including the chef special of the day. The desserts are also very large and homemade
Parking can be a challenge.

What a great little hotel! We have stayed in the USA for 2 weeks in about 5 hotels and this was by far the best bed, so soft and the pillows were perfect! Looks newly renovated. Everything was clean, water pressure and aircon works great. The room wa
They had excellent coffee good customer service and their muffin is always good but the best is the raspberry cheese danish and the place feels cozy also they let local artists put the picture up on the wall to support them
Not just spicy but fresh and crisp made-to-order hot chicken and wings. I normally donât dip but their house sauce was an irresistible compliment to the chicken. Cole slaw was simple and snappy which balanced the intensity of the other flavors. Po

The staff was kind and helpful. I was just browsing the strip and stumbled upon this cool place.
I liked all the Grateful Dead art and memorabilia.
