The place is great for a quick lunch grab. If you're looking for an alternative to fast food, this is it. As far as the food quality, I wouldn't expect much from it, nothing that would blow your mind or taste buds. We ordered pasta and a burger. The burger was thinner than McDonalds burger menu.
I got the BBQ baked tater, delicious. Large portion. Ordered a side of slaw, not worth the price of 3.25. Cabbage was very tough, and the wide cut could be smaller. Ate half of the slaw, not impressed. The tater is awesome, took the rest home for later.
The food was delicious. A friend of mine and myself met for lunch to celebrate her birthday and just to chat. Once the waitress received the payment she never returned to see if we desired refills. I kept on sipping on the melted ice and no one ever asked if we needed a refill. We were done eating in about twenty minutes. I finished the last bit of my water with in ten minutes of my getting finished eating. Overall it could have been a better experience. Refilling drinks doesn’t take a whole lot of time.
Overall lacking in flavor. Either the server didn’t write down the order correctly ie: well done or the kitchen ignored it. Food was almost soggy.
Stopped in for brunch. Although they were busy we were acknowledged and about 10 minutes later were able to order. Unfortunately it took another 10 minutes to get drinks. We both ordered steak medallions and eggs, medium rare. Super disappointed after a long wait to be served overcooked, skirt steak. They did offer to refire order however due to wait - we cashed out and grabbed brunch elsewhere - would not return.
Beautiful time with my family for brunch!! Great drinks an food was delicious!🤤
The very first annoying thing was the noise. They need better acoustics in the ceiling. It's really bad. The food was good. But the hamburger was on a tiny lightweight bun. And the patty was very small. In other words, it would be okay for your 4 year old. And this tiny thing cost $12.00! But not for an adult. You can buy extra patties, but that's ridiculous. If you want an adult hamburger, go to Red Robin.
Our server was cool but don’t eat wings here unless you want raw chicken. Would not recommend. Fries were cold as well.

The Fat Lamb is an absolute gem! If you go to one restaurant in Louisville, make it The Fat Lamb. The cocktails, wine and food are terrific across the board. Talk to Joe or Dane at the bar and they will steer you to what works for you every time. And

Fun place with good food. I also must give them kudos for not overcharging for their drinks/ beer. 5-7 bucks for a beer in a mid level steak house is more than reasonable. We brought my mother in to celebrate her 78 birthday and they brought her out
