The Atrium - Wedding venue in Norcross - 139 N Norcross Tucker Rd, USA

I’m a few months late writing this review. I had my baby shower here back in February and my event was amazing! My decorations were exactly how I envisioned and the customer service was A1. My family and friends raved about the food which tasted really good and they made a to go plate for my husband and I to take home and enjoy even more. Working with the ladies to get my event to where I wanted it was a very smooth process. They constantly called and checked in through email to make sure everything was what it needed to be. I’m usually a very picky person but I could not find one flaw the day of my event. The only warning I would give for someone planning to throw a baby shower here is that it is expensive. I ended up paying about $6K but it was my first so I didn’t mind the cost. If that doesn’t bother you, I’d definitely say throw your shower here. It will be something your family and friends will not forget!

Perfect venue for small wedding! Loved the food, decor and everything.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t at all what I signed up for. I was really looking forward to creating a lot of my own decor I was told on the tour this was fine after signing the contract I was given a list of what I couldn’t have this was not in the package provided on my first visit needless to say my wants were crushed and I was forced to pick from their assembly line of decor. I was told our leftover dinner would be boxed and given to me which was great because the food was delicious and alot of guest were no show. my husband and I were starving because eating during the wedding was just not possible we get to our suite and are shocked to find no food at all in our takeout boxes only our cake. So Pizza Hut it was. The food was thrown out by mistake, I called the next day to ask. The price was double our budget and believe me we had the bare minimum. I was disappointed and glad it was over with. The pricing of things like napkins, center pieces, plate settings were so expensive to just RENT so I found each item for purchase to OWN at half the cost some cases even more BUT again you can only use their items. I wish I could redo it all because this venue wasn’t ideal after all. There were more issues we ran into but you get the idea.

It is designed extremely well for a wedding venue. Love photographing here. The flow from getting ready ares, ceremony, cocktail hour and then reception is perfect. And the staff were on their 'A' game. They really treated this couple with upmost care and attention. I look forward to photographing here again! Thank y'all!!

Wow, this place is so pretty. I can see why this venue is chosen by many for weddings and their receptions. The place is perfectly framed to make getting those wedding pictures to be exactly what you've imagined things would look. From the gorgeous fountain which lights up at night to the vine covered walls giving this place that fairy tale look. The reception hall is great with a dance floor right at the center of the room. Just the right setup to stage that first dance of the bride and groom or for your guest to boogey down on the floor.

This place shared a bit of bittersweet for me personally. However, I've learn to take my healing journey to an all new level. And claim VICTORY over my pain! If your looking for the perfect size location to have Big Party, Celebration or wedding - lock no further.

I highly recommend the Atrium and all of their professionals that work within the company. My fiancé and I picked this venue because we needed a place that was all inclusive and a well oiled machine. I have been in the wedding industry for years and it felt good to RELEASE all control to the hands of these amazing professionals. Brides..including myself, get caught up in the "Pinterest/ Instagram worthy" weddings and that's great, but If you don't have HOUSEWIVES OF ATLANTA money then sometimes it seems like those dreams for us budget friendly brides are untouchable. I never felt like I needed to be and or have a "luxury" budget with the staff at the Atrium. They worked their magic to make sure that my husband and I had a BEAUTIFUL EVENT. We had major financial hiccups closer to the wedding and they just pivoted with us, again showing the utmost professionalism and empathy; within the guidelines of their policies. I cannot thank everyone enough!!!

I was the bride at this venue April 12, 2019 and I wish I could give this venue 10+ stars. There were a few little bumps but with a little help from everyone involved everything came out perfectly!!!!! The staff was extremely helpful and nice. I can't even begin to state how amazing the planner/day of coordinator was. She was my rock when needed, she was always near and I could call on her for ANYTHING. The venue was beautiful, the amount of compliments my husband and I received were phenomenal! We received compliments on the ceremony area, the staff, the food - pretty much everything! I am so happy we chose The Atrium for our venue, it was a dream come true. Everything I had hoped for in our wedding day. If The Atrium is an option - stick with it. They will NOT disappoint. ask for Logan (for sales) and Amanda (day of coordinator).
