I got a job in Greenville and had to make a quick move and came across The Aster. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Being that this was my first apartment and first time moving from home, my parents and I had no idea what we were looking for or what questions to ask. Fortunately we had the help of Jessica at The Aster to help us feel comfortable and went above and beyond to make sure I got the apartment I wanted. She has been the biggest help over the last couple weeks and has made this experience so easy. Definitely recommend these apartments and the people. If you’re looking to move definitely ask for Jessica because she will make finding your perfect place a breeze.

My move in experience was great, Jessica made it super quick and easy and also took me on a tour of my new unit. She was very helpful! So far so good, no complaints! Also very pet friendly, Bentley loves the new place too.

I have my second garage now. Thank you Jessica for all your help and your persistence in making sure I got what I needed and where I needed it to be. The garage in question needed the past resident to move out before I could have it. She was amazing in keeping me updated on when it would be available. Note: I have 85 employees working for me at my company.....Jessica's spirit and personality can not be taught, you have it our you don't. She has it. Thank you again for all your help. Jess was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She went and above for me and my son with a short timeline to get it done. We were moved in by Christmas as she promised. She’s always available to help and is not only really good at her job but she’s extremely personable.

The Aster is under new management and to say the least, I am very pleased so far. I recently walked in for a tour and despite not having an appointment and being busy, Ms. Tanna helped me tremendously! I had to wait, which I didn’t mind, while she finished up with her appointment and other office duties, and while being the only one there she squeezed me in. This is a lovely complex with a great community and amenities. Definitely one of the top on my list!

Jessica has been such a wonderful guide throughout the move in, application and touring process!! She is very knowledgeable on quite literally everything about the apartments and has answered all of our questions very intricately. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities seem to be a huge plus and we are very excited to move in!

I cannot say much now, its day 3 of living there. My initial impressions are great. Jessica helped show me around and shared some good information. She was out on my move-in day so her manager finalized my documents. Area seems well kept and apartment seems to be of high quality. Will update if anything changes.

Under the new management, trash fees have gone from $20 a month to $40 and this is acceptable to wait from Saturday to Monday! Disgusting. And before “management” comments, my first stop was the office, he didn’t care. Also, the pool is like a frat party. Always nothing but drunks unless you are there before 2. Loud vile music, foul language and behavior. It is not a pleasant environment! They are replacing bedroom carpet with vinyl so be prepared to hear every step they take upstairs in the middle of the night (or any other movement). Ram is sending this, and I believe other properties they manage for, to ghetto status in record time. Sickening!! It is Monday night - still no trash. No response from management. Gross!!!!
