The hotel, which was booked last minute at a favorable price, was of excellent quality. I am writing primarily to commend Mr. Gerardo Perez, the Director of Operations, for his exceptional professionalism towards my wife and me. Additionally, his offer of financial compensation, was greatly appreciated. I extend my gratitude once again and wish you the very best.
We went to the afternoon tea and it was delightful as usual! The food was amazing, and I love the assortment of teas to choose from. Our service was impeccable and Anabel made the experience even better. She explained the service, and took great care of us. I've been to other tea services and very few compare. I'll always recommend the Ashton Hotel for tea!
Took my daughter and husband to afternoon tea. It was awesome! Annabel was efficient, great and very courteous! The food was so flavorful and some unique combinations. Steve was also, great and very courteous. If you are looking for a nice place to do a traditional afternoon tea, I recommend The Ashton Hotel.
The rooms are decent and the bed is great. Showers kind of a dumb design and gets water everywhere. The people at the desk are friendly and helpful. It says free breakfast. There is not. The coffee is godawful go buy some from somewhere else. All in all it’s a good deal for the price.
Positive: Location is great, right downtown. Negative: The overall cleanliness was not what was remembered from our last visit there a couple of summers ago. Hallways were not vacuumed daily. Our room was not vacuumed daily, we had to ask for additional cups, toilet paper, Seemed understaffed.
The food and tea was amazing! The champagne made for a great toast. Annabel gave us great service as we enjoyed our Tea. She was available when we needed her but let us talk as we wanted. It was a great way to celebrate our 33rd Anniversary! I would encourage anyone to try it!
High Tea is best in Fort Worth. It's our favorite when we don't want to drive to Dallas for high tea! We really love the salad cups and the lavender scones are sooo wonderful. It's a hidden gem in the wonderful downtown area. We vist a few ti.e a year. 🩷
