Love these apartments, the ladies at the leasing office are super friendly and sweet, Yana, Wallace, and Victoria truly enjoy helping with any needs or concerns. The maintenance crew is fast to respond and solve the issues you may have, Carlos did a great job. Overall this is a great place to live. Thank you to the Arbors team for your great hospitality and attention.

I lived here for 2.5 years and it is a great home. The location is great, though the highway and fire station can be loud at times. The buildings are good structurally and we didn't have much pest issues beyond general roaches occasionally (but you will have some anywhere). There are a lot of stray cats in the area so flea collars for pets are a must. But the people and area was fantastic. I would have stayed 10 years if it weren't for rommate issues. It felt like home and will miss it. Wallace in the office always made me feel so welcome and if we had issues we needed help with, we were always treated well by staff.

Great community service! My wife and I stopped by our new apartment to discover our new bed had been delivered and sitting outside our apartment door. We called the customer service line, and Wallace answered. She said she would let us into the apartment to secure our bed and preview the condo. Wallace was very friendly and helpful, showed the apartment, and answered our questions. we are looking forward to moving in soon.

**DON'T MOVE HERE** READ THIS I lived here for 21 months before breaking my lease and leaving. It started out okay except for the constant weed smells in the apartments and loud people late at night but the crime rate has gotten HORRIBLE. My neighbor below me was beating his wife and running from the cops. Our unit smelled like weed nonstop (smoke free apartments by the way) They seem to care more about cutting the grass multiple times a week than having cameras/better lighting in the parking lot. My car window got busted out. I have a friend living there still who told me a man was trying to break into the apartments just after we left. The biggest problem was them ASSUMING our unit was vacant and handing over an extra key to a third party maintenance worker in street clothes to "Paint the countertops." He didn't knock. He walked right in and stood in our living room for ten minutes then lingered around our front door longer with my fiancé home alone making her feel completely unsafe. When I told them about it I got ZERO accountability from them. This man could have been ANYONE and capable of anything. After breaking my lease for these good reasons They sent my last payment to collections instead of trying to work a little more with me after multiple emails expressing my anger about everything they wouldn't respond to anything further in the end except for sending my money to collections. I made every single payment on time for 21 months straight. I lived in two apartments there and left them cleaner than when I moved in and they refused to help me out or understand our safety concerns. I ended up choosing to move out and hurt myself more financially over my fiancé feeling unsafe and worrying about my car windows getting busted up again. If i was a decision maker there, I would be more willing to work with someone on payments given those circumstances. They offered a 3 and 5 payment plan and when I tried to express i couldn't financially do that but still wanted to make some sort of payments until I got my inheritance money from deceased family to pay it off since i had just bought a house they refused to budge even a little. I totally understand breaking a lease is on me but understanding the WHY should have some weight to it. The gym and the pool was ALWAYS closed we paid 50 dollars each for them and literally half the time couldn't use them. They have a crime free sign when you drive in. it is NOT a crime free zone. The police officer told me there is MS13 gang member issues in that complex after my window got busted out and they love to hang out at the gas station near there too. All of this and it's not even affordable considering. The only good thing i can say is Tim in the front office is awesome and maintenance was always respectful when they were in my apartment. Oh and prepare to not have AC in the summer time over and over and over again because they refuse to get new units but hey! At least the grass is cut and there's flowers.

I moved into the Arbors about a month ago and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Yana helped me with the process which was super easy! The maintenance team responds very fast with any issues and the manager Laura is very kind and keeps the property a wonderful place to live!

Wallace is an awesome leasing agent, she made sure that I was able to get the unit from their website with relative ease. Her help with the application process to move-in was professional and handled in a timely manner. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was organized and completed in two days time. After move-in she made sure that any items that needed to be resolved were resolved and followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied. In my continued time here, she always greets me with a smile and remembers who I am. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for an apartment at The Arbors. A+

Overpriced, management is hard to work with and they look like they hate their job. Always giving an attitude. With the apartment itself, gaps between the window frames causing the rooms to be cold in the winter. Saw roaches crawling on the ceiling when changing seasons. Appliances are okay. With so many apartments in this area, you will be better off finding somewhere else. The longer I stay here the more disappointing it is.

The moment I walked through the doors, I’ve done nothing but want to break down. Can you say BAMBOOZLED. I was expecting a nice looking place with stainless steal appliances and a washer/dryer as I was informed over the phone. I relocated here from Arizona. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. This is by far the WORST place I’ve ever lived and I’ve only been here a few hours. I should’ve gotten the hint when a guy came into the leasing office while I was signing my lease; he was giving a notice. They expect you to pay an additional fee to access the pool and the fitness center. It’s unbelievable. I WILL NOT be renewing. I can’t wait until my 12 months is up. I didn’t get a tour of the apartment. I wasn’t given the time to take my own walkthrough with the checklist. The lady in the office Yana, filled out the paperwork for US. Just sad and unbelievable. Edit: ROACHES, ROACHES and more ROACHES. I’m so disgusted. They also have leaking pipes and electrical problem as well. I spent a week with half of my apartment without electricity. Showering in the dark!
