Took total advantage of me. Over charged me for months while my house was being renovated. Charged me $120 a night for months when the rate is $90. The weekly rate is $500 and they charged me $630. I found out because I had different friends call and he gave them lower rates. I confronted him and he said they were lying. A total rip off. Possibly prejudice. I don't know why I was picked to be victimized when I gave him good money for months. Always paid on time. Go at your own risk. Spiders, bugs galore at that.

Horrible experience! We booked through a 3rd party site months ago for two night. There was a group of 6 of us so we needed the two rooms. On the way to Pottstown I get a call from the hotel asking if we were still coming and for my credit card information, which I thought was very strange. Told them I would be there in an hour and that I wasn't giving my information over they phone they said no problem. Once we get there the guys at the desk who was also the manager Said we only had one room, which was incorrect and we had proof of reserving two rooms. After arguing for awhile he finally admitted that he messed up and gave away our second room with absolutely no other rooms to offer us " which is illegal especially since we booked through a 3rd party site" after that he tells us there system is down so they don't have cards to locks the doors and gave us the master key "that can open any room in motel!" We were also told to leave a window open in the room so if they need to get into our room they can... NOPE! We immediately asked for a full refund and somehow found a hotel at 11 o'clock at night. Which was almost impossible because we were in town for a huge event leaving most of the hotels fully booked.

I wish I could give no stars. We found bugs In the bed and the sheets were covered in yellow stains, when we called the office he tried making up all these excuses. Then as we’re trying to talk he gets all defensive and said “no, no, no, no refund!” When we never said anything about a refund. We booked through Expedia and called them for a refund and they called to get approval from him and he refused to refund us, only give us a new room. Literally stay anywhere BUT here. Absolutely horrible.

Our stay at this place was ok. It was reasonably priced and not more than 10 minutes from Phoenixville. However, it is not a "hotel" as advertised in the name, but a motel..the doors to the rooms (of which there are 10) open directly to the parking lot. If you dont mind that, this isnt a bad place to stay. There are a few things I would take into account before you stay there though;||Pros: |- only $87 a night |- safe|- near a trail/outdoor activity area|- nice scenery|- pleasant managers|- updated rooms|- no bugs (other reviews said they found bugs, but our room was clean)|- Clean bathroom with working and draining sink, toilet, and shower. Some people don't care, but this is a big deal for me.||Cons: |- Room looked like it hadn't been dusted in 2 weeks or so; everything was clean, but there was a good layer of dust on everything. I can sort of understand this if we just dropped in, but I booked our stay 2 days in advance.|- There is no breakfast service as advertised. It was never offered, but perhaps this was because we did not specifically request it.|- At no point during our stay did we receive fresh towels or sheets, more shampoo or soap, or additional toilet paper. Again, I suppose we could have gone to the office to request these things, but really?|- The "recreation areas" they advertise are not on their property or premises, but are about half a mile down the road.|- Very thin walls. I could hear a relatively quiet phone conversation in the next room, so if you're going to stay here, be prepared to bring some earlpugs. ||I've seen the responses to the other reviews and they all say something to the effect of "Thank you for taking the time to review...." and then they try to discredit all the complaints of the reviewer. I'm here to say I did not exaggerate or embellish anything in my review. I would stay here again in a pinch, but it would not be my first choice.

Make no mistake, this is a MOTEL, NOT A HOTEL. Typical type of motel you think of, just more expensive. Pros being that the room was clean and the bed was clean. Cons being that it was very obvious how extremely cheap the amenities were. There certainly wasn't "free breakfast" as the website claimed. Walls thin as paper, I could hear the people next door who were up half the night. We were given a remote for the AC, the room was extremely hot when we first went in, took a good couple hours to cool down and then the remote didn't work anymore. For one night it was fine, for more than that I wouldn't recommend it.

Not a place I would ever stay again. Location is nice, but the rooms need cleaning a minor upgrades. Didn't notice any bugs or mold which is nice, just pure laziness when it comes to cleaning and repairs.

I have been staying in this hotel 2 days a week for more than a month now. Its a small property and the decor of the rooms are very elegant! The rooms and the bathrooms are neat, clean, comfortable and extremely equipped. The small room has a reading desk, a microwave and a fridge. It is very reasonably priced and the breakfast is included (which is a room service). It is 20 minute drive from the highway located in countryside. It is a very good place to stay specially if you are on a vacation. Also the managers are very kind and helpful!!

The room was decently renovated but it smelled heavily of cigarettes so we needed to run the air conditioning heavily. The outside is very run down. There is no playground or tennis court. Those park and court photos are from down the street.
