Scenic location surrounded by amazing views, this iconic hotel brings you right to the heart of Colorado Springs. Rooms are clean and staff are amazing! Remember, this is a historical hotel so it will have that historic look And feel. There are more modern hotels nearby. But don’t expect this one to be all bright And shiny.
Stayed here for one night and it was very comfortable. The check in was super simple and their staff was funny, polite and professional. I stayed in a double bed standard room and it was really nice and super spacious ( sorry forgot to make a video ) plenty of towels AND they had a microwave 🥳🎉 many hotels are moving away from this and placing one on certain floors for all guests to use. Oh the hallways smelled amazing!!!! The bed was really comfortable and I slept like a baby. They offered complimentary breakfast the was pretty decent. They offered waffles, scrambled eggs sausage hot and cold cereal with an assortment of juiced with tea and coffee. No compaints is definitely go back.
First off, this IS a historical hotel, so there's that. Hot water was intermittent in my particular room for all 3 days, but the cool showers helped me shake off the hangovers from enjoying time with friends at the hotel bar, which had a terrific staff! Their patience and expertise were amazing, as well as the helpful staff at the front desk and throughout the facility that helped us put on a great conference.
Friendly, helpful staff throughout the hotel. Especially Rick and Josh at the lounge and bar! Bathroom was too small for two people to share, but overall a comfortable and clean room. Proximity to Starbucks was a nice perk and many good restaurants within walking distance.
Stop by the bar and see Rick! One of the best bartenders I have had. Extremely attentive and friendly. Every drink is a good pour. He can make anything, even if it’s not on the menu. Espresso and peanut butter martini are worth the money. Thanks for great evenings!!
If you are ever in the Colorado Springs are I highly recommended this hotel. Great breakfast! A bit older but still a luxury hotel and right downtown Colorado Springs. Would stay again if ever in the area. Also they are very good to military personnel. The hotel is also very clean.
The building and furniture need some updating BUT the experience with the staff was the best ever. We needed to check in early; they took care of it. The room didn't work for us because I failed to ask for an ADA room. They moved us to an ADA room. We needed a wheelchair for an evening; they took care of it. We had trouble with toll both when exiting the garage; they took care of it. In every case, the staff was cheerful and efficient.
Another thing that was very helpful was that the elevator system is speedy. The place was crowded with young lacrosse players and their families but waits for the elevator were short.
Overall, I highly recommend this facility. The furniture has some nicks, a few ice makers didn't work, and they haven't yet installed silent toilet seats but our stay was top notch.
Rick makes an amazing old fashion.|He was very friendly and informative. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the staff was helpful. I always try to stay at the antlers when I'm in town for business and it doesn't disappoint. Will definitely come again

My bride and I enjoyed our stay immensely. It took a lot to coordinate a wedding and therefore didnât get to spend as much time as we wanted to at Chateaux as we wanted but the evenings were filled with romance due to the ambiance of the house. Th
