The Ameswell Hotel - Hotel in Mountain View - 800 Moffett Blvd, USA

I love the Ameswell. I’ve stayed several times over the last few years when I’m in Mountain View. The rooms are mid century modern, consistently clean, and have not shown signs of wear over these years. Likely helps that the majority of travelers come on business! There is a cute coffee shop and nice restaurant on the premises, the staff are polite and professional, and the beds are pretty comfy! Also water is provided, shower pressure is good and water temperature is hot, ice is available on the floors, good coffee and tea in the room, and the walls have good soundproofing. Overall a good location - convenient to Palo Alto and SF. An easy day trip to Pescadero, Santa Cruz. I recommend flying into San Jose as it’s just 10-15 mins from this hotel.

I found this hotel while trying to book a business trip, and I’m so glad I did! I will definitely stay here on all future visits. The hotel is gorgeous, super clean, and the staff is friendly and courteous. I wish I was staying for longer Than two nights! I loved the bathrobes, and the design scheme, which was soothing, clean and bright all at the same time. I can’t wait to go back!

Great experience so far! Friendly and fast check-in and really nice room! Beds are pretty comfy, space is large, entry area has some nice shelves with cool lighting. There's a mini fridge and a safe and complimentary coffee stuff all ready to go. We went downstairs after getting settled in and enjoyed some yard games, fire pits, and a couple drinks at the bar...that was a fun way to kick off our 10 year anniversary weekend!

This was by far the best hotel in the Bay Area that I have ever stayed at [and I have stayed at many different hotels]. The hotel was very clean and all areas were amazing quality - rooms, lobby, restaurant [great food and atmosphere], gym, pool, etc. They even had refillable water bottles and a water station on each floor of the hotel. The hotel staff were very kind, efficient, and were able to help quickly with any questions I had / things I needed. I plan to stay here for all future Bay Area trips I have. Thank you Ameswell team for making my experience so wonderful! :)

We booked a hotel block at The Ameswell for us and our wedding guests and it was perfect. It was under 10 minutes from our wedding venue. The hotel staff, especially Alvin were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had great amenities to keep our guests entertained: coffee kiosk, bar, restraunt, outdoor terrace, swimming pool. Plus lots of indoor seating that what great as our friends and family was slowly coming in and having a chance to mingle. The rooms were also great, they felt very luxurious. Over all amazing hotel.

Room was spacious & bright. I also loved the shower space & the amazing towels; so soft. The beds were a bit different there was a fitted sheet over the mattress and then only a duvet. I usually prefer sleeping under a sheet & not using hotel comforters/ duvets. But the mattresses were extremely comfy. The only negative was the carpet had some stains on it so I decided to wear my sandals at all times when I was in my room.

Positive: Lovely lobby. Perfect room Comfy bed. Linens and towels are soft and plentiful coffee pot and great coffeee and tea fridge in room. Pool was awesome. Lovely grounds. Easy to order from restaurant. Complimentary fruit in lobby. Happy place! Negative: Got Roger to go. Prices ok Easy to order but was just ok I Wish parking was free. Pipe above my car spewed out something over it. A lot!!! Confused about EV situation,cars sit along time unattended and overnite maybe?I wasn?t able to use one.

The hotel is great. I had such an enjoyable and relaxing stay. My room was spacious, quiet, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The pool area was great to lounge in as well. I was very pleasantly surprised by the dining at the hotel. Everything I had was delectable and reasonably priced. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. I would definitely return to dine and/or stay here.
