Wonderful little known museum for a really cool niche bit of history. It only takes about an hour to go through if you take your time to read and look through things. Its free, but you can donate or buy merchandise to support it/the pigeons. I went home with a neat T-shirt that i absolutley love. The exhibits consisted of lots of pictures and artificats. They have a full piegon based library that you can look through and read books and binders while there. The staff were super helpful and let us pet a few of the live fancy pigeons outside while explaining about the different breeds there (pigeons are only housed there for a few hours per day so as to not be caged for too long). This whole venture solidified my want to own one of these marvelous birds who have mostly been forgotten by history. Overall, I highly recommend this place and have even convinced a few friends to go visit.
Had no idea a place like this existed but it was such a unique experience. The live birds weren't out because of the weather so I hope to go back when it's cooler just to see them. I'd definitely recommend this if you're looking for something indoor and unique to do. Museum is accessible and good for all ages.
This museum gave me one of the best experiences of my whole life. I am a huge pigeon fan but this museum is a fun time for anyone willing to learn a bit about these fascinating little guys. They’ve been a part of so much of our history, and they deserve the recognition this museum gives them!! The staff was so lovely and when they saw my pigeon enthusiasm, they took me to hold some of the birds and I even got a peek behind the curtain at their aviary, which is a totally unique privilege I will cherish forever!! Whether you’re visiting the area or have passed by this place all your life and never stepped in, I can’t recommend it enough!!!
Great little museum. Had no particular interests in pigeons but decided to check it out and I’m glad we did! Lots to learn about: racing pigeons, messenger pigeons used in battle, show pigeons. The curator working the museum was very friendly and knowledgeable and a total pigeon nerd. She’s awesome!
A must visit if you're in the area, you won't find a better non-profit free museum in all of Oklahoma. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and told us the different pigeons that they kept on site as well as letting us pet them. Any parents with kids would love the pigeon Museum. Any adults with a medical card would also love the pigeon Museum
There’s a lot to learn about a simple bird. This museum is small, but jam packed with information and knowledge. My wife and I went there for our anniversary. It was worth the trip. On top of that, we got to pet some of the pigeons they had. Thankfully the birds were kept indoors and away from the heat.
The American Pigeon Museum is a wonderful place to visit. It's free admission (though I highly encourage donating if you visit) for a brief and very well curated experience. The museum is clean, brightly lit, and well organized into just three major rooms, but it documents a lot of important moments in the history of this surprisingly influential bird. While it feels tucked away in the woods, it's a very short ways from the science museum if you're trying to assemble an education day.
Absolutely amazing! You can learn so much about the history of pigeons dating back thousands of years ago up to now. I was excited to see the Passenger Pigeon on display as well. There is so many different works of art, sculptures, and taxidermy. The library is full of historic information and diaries. The artifacts are super cool to view. This is definitely a great place to visit and even spend some time reading the books, I highly recommend visiting here and of course getting to meet with the live pigeons. They're so soo cute♡

Although they were in the process of restoration after a large roof leak, there was still plenty to see. I arrived just after opening, so I was treated to a kind and enthusiastic attendant who gave me a lot of great introductory details. In October,

Too many good coaches to name. F45 compared to many gyms out here are clean, organized, with no broken equipment, and never any disconnect or tension. Coaches have attention to detail, are interactive and friendly with clients. For what its worth, th
