The Alida, Savannah, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel - Hotel in Savannah - 412 Williamson St, USA

From the moment we walked into the hotel, we were greeted by Alex and Alejandra with a smile, and a pleasant and accommodating attitude. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, and the service was top-notch. We spent time at the rooftop bar while the DJ was spinning and enjoying the breeze on Friday night. However, the most underrated part of our stay was the pool and the pool area. The pool, by design, slopes to a depth of no more than 3 ft. It's perfect for adults who simply want to wade in the water and feel some sense of weightlessness. Melvin, at the bar, was a great host. You can't go wrong at this hotel.

Amazing stay!!! I loved how clean the hotel was and how helpful the staff was - Especially Alejandra!! She helped us through all our questions and make it so easy for tourists of Savannah. Great amenities and the rooms were so clean! I loved that they had water fountains on each floor and water bottles available - definitely made my stay so easy. Hotel bikes were another great perk. Would go back to Savannah just for this hotel!

Arrived for a one night stay around 1030pm on a Saturday night. What a mess. There were so many people (none of them employees) standing around the entrance that we kept going not thinking it could possibly be the way into the hotel. Maybe a better sign would help. ||Tried calling the front desk multiple times for clarification with no answer. Finally get into the front desk and ask for valet- they cannot locate the valet so I drag my own bags in while my family waits in the car. Valet is then located and takes the car and we check in. Front desk employee was extremely pleasant. Room was nice but the floors were not clean and the door did not close properly without a nudge. Very loud neighbors but security came right up and quieted them down. Breakfast at Rhett was nice albeit a little slow. All in all, the stay was okay but I am not sure I would return. We travel often, Marriott ambassador level so we have plenty of comparisons to make. It feels like management needs to pay a little more attention.

This was our first time visiting Savannah and a friend recommended the Alida. And boy are we glad he did. We loved this hotel. The staff was excellent, the rooms were modern and well appointed and it's centrally located to downtown Savannah. Breakfast at Rhett's each morning was fabulous and the complimentary champagne in the evenings was a real treat. As a lifetime Marriott Titanium member, I've stayed in a lot of different Marriott's and my wife and I both agree that the Alida checked all the boxes for a high end hotel. We will be staying there again the next time we're in Savannah.

I can’t say enough great things about the customer service at the Alida! The pool is awesome, and Melvin makes the best drinks! Caleb also rocks the pool bar with a smile! Thank you to Savannah as well she provided us with stellar service at the pool! All the staff at this location have excellent customer service! It’s always a pleasure to see Justin keeping things cool on the rooftop or pool with Parker providing awesome service as well. The accommodations are on point and Thad at the valet will take excellent care of you! Thad always goes above and beyond each and every time we arrive! Thank you so much to ALL of the Alida staff for making our experience 5 star each and every time. They also have a delicious pool menu. The Alida has something for everyone if you’re lucky you can catch DJ Jose spinning one weekend or even a pool party! From the valet, to the front desk, to the pool double thumbs up and Highly Recommended for all travelers!!

Great location and beautiful hotel! The rooms are comfortable with a wonderful window seat with built in table and mini fridge! The water stations on each floor with the option of sparkling is over the top. The pool is gorgeous and the drinks are delicious. Overall, every employee from the valet to maid service are very accommodating and friendly. Special thank you to Ryan Thompson for always taking care of us. We will only stay here when we visit Savannah!

Wonderful stay! Beautiful hotel with fun, intentional conveniences - cold water bottles at check in, complimentary water bottles and water filling stations on each floor (still and sparkling), happy hours with champagne and cookies. The rooftop bar was so relaxing. Loved the upscale feel while being family friendly and easy for us to take our stroller to all the restaurants and amenities. Shoutout to Alex at the front desk made our stay extra special!!
