The Alexandre - Furnished apartment building in New Orleans - 336 Camp St, USA

Wonderful stay in New orleans. We had the two-bedroom suite and it was a very spacious. The rooms and bed were extremely comfortable and the whole place were spotless. Would recommend to all of my friends.

Nicely decorated and loved the kitchen. There was a small hole in the tub and markings/drawings on the wall. The tub/shower area was more narrow than I liked and impossible to avoid touching the shower curtain. Curtains in the living room were Black but very sheer. I’m not sure if they deep clean their furniture after every guest. Likely not as the cream chair is discolored at the arm rest. The walls were THIN. VERY THIN. It was hard to find for my driver as the plate isn’t large enough to see and the GPS (on this app) took us elsewhere. It’s an older building—likely converted and you can tell. The first floor/lobby area is beautiful though. Elevator is shaky, but that’s typical with old buildings. My stay was good. Location-wise was great. Walking distance to the French Quarter.

Don't. Just don’t. Cockroaches, parties, nasty stale smells, outside of it smells like a porta potty, overpriced for what it is. Didn’t feel safe.

I had a wonderful time at the Alexandre. It was such a beautiful place, me and my family had a amazing birthday celebration at this beautiful condo. The property managers really helped me and my family out figuring out how everything works I gave it a 5 star because of the wonderful service and beautiful location, I highly recommend if you want a nice beautiful vacation getaway in New Orleans Louisiana.

The staff are extremely rude. I booked a room with 4 beds. They gave me a room with 2 and would not discount it. Then they gave out the master room code to everyone in the building and the entire time I worried I would be robbed. Then while I was sleeping, Brittney (the “main desk” person) came in my room, grabbed a knife, broke down a clients door and then went into the parking lot and slashed their tires. This was absolutely aweful and the owner Liz did absolutely nothing to make it right.

I stayed at the alexandre and it was nice. Some of the riff raff outside but other than that the actual condo was very clean . Nice set up . hostess did call to verify our reservations but maybe was business through out the day . only thing no washer, dryer, mop, bucket , broom , vacuum, and dust pan available for longer stays . awesome for a business trips or close friends and family stay . I will book again but this time i will come prepared and i will also recommend to others.

Came down for ready to celebrate Mardi Gras and booked a unit here. The owners of the unit we were staying in (Brittany and Liz room 205) were EXTREMELY RUDE and did not help us. We called to make sure we were in the right room and she caught an attitude, hung up in our face and never returned the call. I highly do NOT RECOMMEND booking this unit with them!!!

Even the apartment was really on point , the lobby makes you have no too much confidence and no one is there in front to get your stuff before checking in . Housekeeping very lovely and great service
