Thank you to Jeremie for your help this week in checking my dishwasher and then helping me figure out a few things I did not know and then fixing something else that came up last minute. I also want to thank all the staff Laura, Ronda, Anthony, Jose & Marcos for always being quick to respond when there is an issue, planning events, attention to detail, fixing things, working hard to maintain the grounds, and making The Alexander at Sabal Point a great place to live! I appreciate all that you do.

Renters Beware Beware Beware and please BEWARE! I am so disappointed in my stay here. I regret making the decision to stay here. And I say this for many reasons. 1st - The overall cleanliness of the buildings were awful. I choose to stay at this apartment complex because the values that this company stands for are truly what I expected. As a company who’s prides themselves in serving their residents and who’s purpose it is to create communities our residents are proud to call home, this was not reflected during my stay and here is why. The breezeways and stairs were constantly filthy and dirty due to the trash from the valet company constantly leaking on the floors. I kindly reached out to the front office numerous times regarding this over the course of 6-8 mounts and the excuse I kept getting was the fact that they were understaffed. Our apartment also seemed to constantly have a roach problem despite pest control coming every Friday each week for an entire month. Once again, definitely not a place I would want to call home. 2nd - There was an issue where the front gate damaged my vehicle and a filed a statement with the front office and they seemed to not care at all. I followed up with the front office manager several times regarding this. (There is no signs posted at the gate at all and they insist on not taking any liability for the damages done. SEE ATTACHED PICTURES) Lastly, what did it for me was the uncaring attitude from Laura and the staff when it came to the termination of my lease. I provided 30 days notice of my wishes to terminate my lease in advance due to unforeseen circumstance. My wife and I packed all of our belongs in less than a month. I was told that we would be able to set pay our early termination fee via our resident portal and never had the opportunity to do that. Rather, the front office sent our early termination penalty directly to collections without allowing us an opportunity to handle the amount in house as promised and ALSO as was stated in the leasing agreement which states That I agree to pay The Alexander at Sabal early termination fee in accordance with Florida Statue 83.595. I never agreed to pay a collection agency. Additionally, per the Florida Statue 83.595, the apartment complex is required to send me a statement via a certified mail regarding a claim to my deposit and what balances are due. This was never sent to me and I will be requesting a tracking number for this because I can guarantee it was not sent. Per Laura (Property Manager), she stated that the normal process for collecting Early Termination fees is to send you directly to their collection agency and they are able to collect that for them. That does not sound right and that is not what was in the contract. I have so much more to say but I think I’ll stop their. My fingers no longer have the energy to type. I was a good tenant, never missed a payment, was never late with any monthly payments, always paid on time and had a good relationship with the staff until they try to pull this fast one. That was it for me. I say this to say, RENTERS PLEASE BEWARE AND DONT BE FOOLED BY THE FACADE THESE PEOPLE PUT ON. AFTER ALL OF THEIR ERRORS THEY STILL WERE NOT WILLING TO WORK ANYTHING OUT WITH ME or even admit their faults. Please beware. Certain Florida statues were not followed and certain processes which were outlined in the contract were not followed either with my case and I will be seeking assistance from a lawyer on this matter. I will be back to provide some updates on this. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere. Worst customer service. Really truly expected a lot better than this.

This apartment complex looks nice and gives off classy and professional vibes. However, do not apply here unless your are 1000% SURE you will get approved because they DO NOT refund the $250 deposit. I have spoken with Anthony in the leasing office multiple times regarding this matter. On the day i applied he told me “oh do not worry we didnt even take that $250 out of your account” which wasnt true as i showed him the amount that was charged on my bank app. After a few days of calling and no answer I got Anthony on the phone again and he told me “im so sorry ill release the deposit now”. Still a week had passed and no money was returned. A third time I got in touch with him he told me “can i verify your address so we can mail you the deposit check?”. I finally received a check and when i deposited it, it was DECLINED and the bank told me the senders account was pending closure. So here I am almost a month later still waiting to see if I will get my deposit amount back. Do not waste your time here. There are plenty of luxury apartments around that arent crooks.

We lived here for 3 years and loved every second of it! The front office is full of kind workers that treat you like family (the absolute BIGGEST shoutout to Anthony) and will help you in any way that they can. If there is ever a problem, when you put in a request, maintenance is there either that same day or the next, but never later than that! All of that plus the most beautiful location you can imagine, where people can walk and ride bikes all around the neighborhood and feel SAFE! The only reason we’re moving is because we can no longer afford to stay there, but they have all of our love, and we wish we could have stayed!

I have been here since April and have loved it ever since. We had a problem when we first moved in but maintenance quickly resolved the a/c unit breaker and we were up and running in no time. After opening a new hotel I can see why some reviews are negative if they do not understand processes that are in place on new builds like this. The area is amazing! We have all sorts of wildlife that you can encounter from deer grazing at night to baby ducks near the ponds splashing around. I find it convenient to get to I-4, the mall or our local Publix. As you can see from the picture the pool at sunset is a great view and super relaxing.

Our time living in this community was a real pleasure. They maintain everything in excellent condition and are timely in their response to questions or requests for assistance. From the maintenance guys to Laura(property manager) and everyone in the office, nothing but stellar service. If you’re looking to rent a luxury apartment on a property with beautiful scenery and amenities then do yourself a favor and head over to The Alexander at Sabal Point!

We moved in recently. Ronda is wonderful and it’s pleasure to have her working here. We had a few issues here and there and she helped us fix them swiftly. Communication has been great. Staff members including Jose, have personally gotten involved to help resolve outside issues (thank you for your help). The apartment is so pleasant. The community radiates peace. The team puts a lot of effort into serving the community and making it an enjoyable space for everyone. They hosted an 80’s night, we couldn’t go but it was really cool to know the creative spirit was around. There’s a lot of laughter around, from both children and adults. It’s a blessing to be here. There’s a lot of dogs and dog parks, the nature is so pretty and landscaping is very good! We often see deers grazing!
