The Adelphi Hotel - Hotel in Saratoga Springs - 365 Broadway, USA

For me, the pillows were too soft... so this hotel gets 99/100, but I'm quite sure had I asked they would have got me a pillow I like. From the start the interactions with Aiden and the front desk were pleasant and professional, and when I asked they got me reservations at a restaurant that was 'booked' at the exact time we wanted. The room... gorgeous. Sure there is a sticker shock with the price but if you can afford it you won't be sorry. As polite a valet staff I've ever used, shuttled us to the track and picked us up when we wanted. Morrisey's sets the stage for a vibrant lobby. And don't get me started on the bathrooms! In short, you won't be sorry you stayed here, and if you are like us it will be the only place we stay in Saratoga.

We got ready and stayed in the Whitney Suite for our June 2024 wedding. The room was absolutely beautiful and had a ton of space for the bridal party and makeup/hair artists to get ready. The balcony was the reason why we booked the room and made for the most gorgeous bridal photos, they were simply perfect. Our favorite photos were taken here!! As for the staff, they were so accommodating and got us anything we needed - from chairs to full length mirrors to a sewing kit… they helped this wedding go on!! The weather was not on our side and our original plan of walking to Congress Park was out the door, so the valet staff stepped in and drove us in the Adelphi golf cart / shuttle which we could not be more thankful for. After the wedding we arrived back to the room to the sweetest note and bottle of champagne. They really made our night extra special. Definitely worth every penny and can’t wait to staycation here for anniversaries in the future.

These dishes we're extremely good. I gotta admit when I saw the Pretzel crab cake come out with the pretzels around it like a lincoln log house I wasn't impressed. But let me tell you something it blew my mind how good everything single thing on that plate went so dam well together. Huge props to whoever created that dish. Excellent staff as well and very nice place was a perfect place to bring my girlfriend she was super impressed.

The hotel is in the middle of construction. We had two rooms in the newly built wing. Where should I start? After spending $1600 for one night, you would expect luxury accommodations and service. Unfortunately both were seriously lacking. One of the rooms was windowless, had paint smell from nearby construction, and had no working fans or air conditioning, which could not be fixed. Of course none of this was disclosed when this room was sold at 550 per night rate. The front desk staff was not capable of dealing with any of the issues, and also didn’t seem to care. They refused to allow us to speak to the manager after multiple requests. We still haven’t been able to reach one. Customer service is nonexistent. They should not be allowed to operate under construction in such unsafe conditions.

Perfect location-beautiful hotel with lots of character. Loved our bedroom, but the bed was very lumpy , making for an uncomfortable sleep. Only chair was the desk chair which is also uncomfortable to read your book. The bathroom is the prize! Stunning design and lots of room-a spa like space.

Took us 30 minutes to find parking, since the self parking was full (there’s barely any due to the construction), but other than that we had a very nice stay. It is prime location. Room was clean, and all the extras, like a glass of prosecco at arrival to the heated bathroom floors, helped make up for the lack of parking. I’d definitely return.

A wonderful experience and gorgeous hotel room sand all. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would stay again. Great location to everything in town walking distance with ease.|And what about those fab le toilets. The bathrooms are beautiful and enjoyed a lovely soak in the tub.

We try to come here yearly and make any excuse to come. The rooms are fantastic and the service is amazing. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here. Additionally they've done some renovations and the old rooms still have that charm I would recommend over the the newer ones. Again though, everything is amazing can't recommend this place enough.
