The 3one3 Boutique Hotel - Hotel in Alma - 313 N State St, USA

I stay at this hotel quite often for business and I absolutely love it. The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful, spacious and comfy. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It is such an inviting place to stay, a definite must if your travels take you to Alma!

We were in town for a family event and needed a convenient location to stay for one night. The property is beautifully done. The room was spacious and well stocked with anything you’d need. The location is great being downtown you can walk to restaurants or the bars right there on the main drag. I would absolutely stay there when I’m in town again.

For business travel, I've probably spent more than 2,500 nights in hotels. In some ways this the most unique place I've ever stayed, but it has become my all time favorite! Using technology you check in and access your room without seeing anyone in person. It seems strange at first, but it works like a charm. There is a number of call if you need anything, and if you need on-site help there is a young lady named Ashley who can come to your aid. 3one3 is very lucky to have her. The building is historic, so the rooms are not your typical look-a-like big chain hotel, but they are spacious and very comfortable. The linens and the HVA are the best I've every experienced! It's in the heart of Alma, and there are plenty of great places to eat within walking distance, or a short drive away. When I started this project, I had no idea I would find such a great place in Mid-Michigan, but there it is!

This is, by far, the nicest location to stay in Alma. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and the beds and linens are plush and comfortable. A little snack basket was provided with 2 bottles of water. A mini fridge and a keurig were in the room with assorted coffee and tea. The TV is set up with a Roku, so streaming is possible and guests can sign in as “guest” so that they may watch whatever they like regardless of what services they’re actually subscribed to. The bathroom is also lovely, spacious and the amenities are of nice quality as well. (See picture and video tour 😎) The only complaint is that the walls are incredibly thin, and people tend to walk/ run around very heavily in the neighboring rooms. We were watching a movie until about 1:00AM at normal volume, and the guests in the next room felt the need to pound on the wall and tell us to shut up 😳. Then, staring at about 6:30 in the morning, everyone around us started getting up and walking- which was very loud because of the thin walls. It’s not something that will dissuade us from staying here again, as, previously mentioned, this is, by far, the nicest place to stay in Alma.

Very nice and clean rooms. Bathroom and shower were very roomy. Convenient location downtown. TV location not ideal and had some issues with streaming service, though Internet access was quick and easy. Also had quirk in electronic check-in system which switched my room number e-key while I was in the room (!), but Ashley the site mgr took care of it quickly. Highly recommend if you're in Alma and need a nice place to stay.

This is a lovely, boutique, style hotel! The room was very clean, so was the lobby area. The keyless entry app worked well, the parking lot was convenient and it's in a great location near Alma College! I will definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend this hotel!

I was very impressed with the style of the hotel. Very sleek, modern and super clean. It was rather odd that no one is there and they send your room key to your phone. However, we had no difficulty whatsoever. Would stay again. Great snack basket was in the room. Keruerig was fully stocked with coffee and hot chocolate. No breakfast. Would have liked some fruit and a bagel. Otherwise, great experience!

This was 1st experience lodging with no staff on site. I'm old and needed to learn how to use the Openkey app to get to my room. I contacted your organization and immediately received a text with answers to my questions, Although I prefer person to person contact, I had a very good experience in this new world! The room was immaculate, there was a nice note from housekeeping, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was perfect. And the learning was easy! I'm now ready for my next lodging adventure!!
