The 1927 Lake Lure Inn and Spa - Hotel in Lake Lure - 2771 Memorial Hwy, USA

We had a King Size bet with a Jaccuzzi tub and it was worth the money. The robes in the room were a nice touch. I love that they give you an actual key instead of a plastic card! This was our second stay at the Lake Lure Inn and we have already talked like we plan to visit again some day. The Inn itself almost feels like a museum with all of the paintings and sculptures. There are extremely comfortable chairs placed throughout the hotel and you could easily sit in them for hours just chatting and looking around. The old music boxes are really cool, as is the self-playing piano. After a debate with my vegetarian boyfriend about whether the Sunday Brunch would be worth the cost, I got him to agree and we do not regret it. He had a much easier time finding things to eat than he suspected, including an omelet station. I definitely recommend staying here. The hotel is not only charming, but the scenery is gorgeous and there is a lot of stuff in walking distance. The only driving we did was to Chimney Rock Village. I look forward to staying again.

I think for $25 it was a great deal. The food was delicious. I had omelette and it was perfect. You know how they can be runny, well this was not! I also liked the biscuits! The fruit was fresh. If you stay away from the drinks, really reasonable price for brunch.

We visited the hotel this past Saturday and Sunday we have an incredible experience for the first time for me and my girlfriend. The room was very clean, and we had everything we need for our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. And we had dinner in the evening and the staff, and the food was amazing we a wonderful evening. We had a fabulous long weekend here traveling with our dog. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The pool is a great way to relax after a hot day. The hotel bar is a great onsite option to have a cocktail and not leave. The hotel definitely could use some updates, but we found it clean and accommodating, will definitely be back soon. We sadly left before the Sunday brunch but that also is an added bonus. Would love to see a daily hot breakfast option.

We came for a family wedding. Every aspect of the Inn was perfect! The room was clean and the housekeeping service was great. The food from a dinner in the bar to Sunday brunch and the reception food was all top notch! Loved every bite- quail, chowder, prime rib, omelets , and the wait staff- excellent. The front desk staff was super helpful. Some family members opted for air bnb- we arw sooo glad we stayed in this one of a kind , classic inn. Nevermind the nay sayers in other reviews- you will enjoy it all here and the beautiful mountains surrounding Lake Lure.

This beautiful, historic hotel is located right across the street from the Lake Lure Beach access. Making the location idea for summer fun. We attended Sunday brunch and had a wonderful meal. There were so many delicious choices on the buffet. My only complaint is that the wait staff were not particularly friendly. They seemed to be just going through the motions.

We had a fabulous time at The Lake Lure Inn this past weekend. The staff is stellar. They are all very gracious, friendly and kind. I also booked a massage with the Spa. Chloe was my masseuse. She is fabulous. I highly recommend the Inn and the Spa.

This place is such a gem! We've stayed several times and just fell in love.. The pool is beautiful with the most amazing backdrop of the mountains. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The history here is one of a kind. Can't wait to return!
