Marina the owner is AMAZING!! She welcomed my sorority into her studio and gave us the greatest hot yoga class. Marina is so educated in her practices and made sure she explained every step of the way throughout class. A great physical workout and spiritual experience to get in touch with yourself. I can't wait to go back!

I really appreciated practicing at Thavma while visiting from out of town. The classes were challenging and hot while the post-yoga showers were luxurious. Highly recommend!

I purchased a 1 month unlimited package and paid in full. I was not able to book online unless I provided a CC number. After searching for the studio's phone number (not easy to find) I only received a call 3 day's later. The lack of communication and poor management is jarring. I am still locked out and there is no resolve. If you cancel your reservation before the Cancellation Cutoff or you do not attend a class you have reserved, you will be charged a " No Show Fee" of $ 15. The No Show Fee is subject to change without notice. No Show Fee will be charged to your credit card on file. By making a reservation, you agree that Thavma Yoga is permitted to charge your card on file in the event that you cancel after the Cancellation Cutoff or do not attend a reserved class. *Now try and find the 'cancellation cutoff info.' Went for my first time, was encouraged to go by Vivian! Absolutely amazing, loved the energy, loved the place, the people, the class, everything! So welcoming and fun:) Vivian did amazing with instructions & making sure I had what I needed to be successful in the class. Never thought I would do yoga but I’m loving it! 10/10. Marina you’re next!! Cant wait for your class :)

I recently moved out of town and I terribly miss Thavma! The yoga is absolutely incredible and the teachers and owner are even better. There is a range of classes for every level. If you want a work out Red/Black classes will kick your butt! Thank you to Marina and all the teachers for creating a beautiful sense of community within an amazing yoga studio! Worth every penny.

I have had the pleasure of taking Pam's 90 minute 26+2 class several times. She has a soothing voice and gentle cadence that doesn't leave you feeling fussed at for an hour. Her music always helps you focus and get through the tough postures. Her instruction and corrections are helpful and clear. She likes to keep it hot in there! She's a hottie as well, but don't even think about it guys. I tried and got shot down. Her GQ-looking husband is frequently in the class and it's obvious she adores him. Great class. Will be back for sure!

Thavma Yoga hosted our organization for one of their hot yoga classes. This class was an amazing success and so much fun for our members thanks to Marina and two of Thavma's other awesome instructors. The class was relaxing, yet challenging and it was adaptable for all of us who had different levels of experience practicing yoga. Thank you to Thavma for a great class, we can't wait to come back!

Thavma is amazing! Marina held a private session for our student club and it was wonderful. A couple other staff members joined our class as examples which was super helpful. They were all so encouraging and made the class enjoyable for all levels. I will definitely be going back!
