I have been going to Thai Ruby for at least 5 years now and they never disappoint! The food is always fresh and favorable and they've had some of the same servers and management for years. It feels like a true family dining experience and I wouldn't change a thing! They should open up another location though that's the only thing I would say because the food and service is just that good!

This is literally the best Thai restaurant I have ever been to in my life. I have gone to dozens of Thai places in Texas and Washington DC. I will say, you’ve never had food like this. It’s divine. I had the Pad Kee Mow, level medium. It was brilliant. Get the crab Rangoons… I GUARANTEE you have not had real ones before. I never did. I didn’t realize i had never had real crab Rangoon’s until today. This place is like falling in love.

The Thai soup with tofu and veggies was great in taste. The overall ambiance is nice and has an Asian theme based decor of elephants.

The best Thai food in this region. The Tom yum soup is the best. I love the spicy Thai Basil rice, the fried tofu was crispy and spicy. The ambience is beautiful and calm. The waiter is very sweet and smiling all the time. We had pleasant time with good good.

The decor was nice and restaurant looked clean and facy. But im not sure how this place ranked higher than the other Thai place near by. the food here was Not as Yummy. the Pad Thai was flat, no flavor. very powdery and veggies had no flavor and not appear fresh. Pad Ke Maow about the samen noodles were like powdery mush. This is probably the worst Thai restaurant I've ever been to. The fried egg rolls tasted the same as the frozen ones i get from frozen food section at Wal-Mart. ☹. I couldn't even clean my plate. Not impressed with food at all.

Very good food with some unusual twists for Thai. We eat a good bit of Thai food, so came in here after an appointment to get a late lunch/early dinner since we hadn't eaten. We got the Ruby Wrap for appetizer - very good, but not what we expected...more noodles than vegetables. We also got a cup of Tom Ka soup - also very good, lighter than many but just as flavorful. I got the roast duck with red curry sauce and veggies (upper dish in picture) and my wife the Rad Nar with chicken (lower dish). These were excellent, and very filling. Will definitely go there again next time we get over that way.

Nice restaurant with a good ambiance and great interior design! The food was barely spicy, even when we decided to order a ‘hot’ level spice for the basil fried rice. You may want to opt for their ‘thai level hot’ for a good deal of spice in your food. The fried tofu starter was decent, sweet & sour tofu with jasmine rice (medium) was kinda okay! Feedback on experience: the table attender was way too Invested in checking on us multiple times every few minutes - love the service, but it took away from our time to indulge in a good conversation during our dinner :)

The food was okay. I wouldn't go out of the way to eat here. The service was great.
