No detail is overlooked with this team and they’ll help with all issues, no matter how minor. Myra helped resolve an issue when a tiny screw came out of my glasses and I needed it rapidly fixed before the workday started!
I had my eyes checked for near and far sight! All was well with my eyes but found out I have dry eye. The staff and Doctor were professional and attentive and helped me with the dry eye. Highly recommend Texas State Optical!
The sweetest people. We went in to get a replacement nose pad for my daughter’s glasses. Of course the nose pad falls out the day before school starts and she needs them.
Our regular optometrist wasn’t open so we walked into Texas State Optical. They quickly replaced both nose pads immediately and at no charge.
We may be switching to this wonderful now.
I used TSO for years, but after having issues with their staff at this location every step of just ordering contact lenses, I'm happy to take my money elsewhere in the future. I highly recommend going to a place that is helpful and will disclose information instead of just hitting you with well you have to pay this amount because we didn't tell you in advance. They run their business like the shady figure you'd imagine on a street corner instead of a professional optometry.
Super staff (Ed), super doctor (Chris), super service. Dr. patiently worked with me until I was satisfied and comfortable with my new bi-focal contact lenses and I now have the best vision I have had in years. My daughter also had her eyes checked and was extremely happy. There was no wait (I did have an appointment), they were super responsive and a pleasure to work with. A+

Awesome staff. My son thoroughly enjoys getting stretched weekly as he is growing. This says a lot. He doesn't like going anywhere except to the basketball gym/rec center. Highly recommend for the growing athletes!
