Texas Roadhouse - Steak house in Denham Springs - 27214 Crossing Cir, USA

Tonight for my daughters pre birthday dinner we all went to Texas Roadhouse House at Jubans Crossing. We had a party of eight for the evening and we were accommodated beautifully. Our server immediately put our drink order in and asked if we wanted any appetizers. We passed on the appetizers and put in our dinner order. Fresh rolls came out that literally melted in your mouth. Our dinner salads were chilled and simply delicious. I liked how things came out in courses. The main meal came out and I was impressed that my steak came out so well. It was soft not rubbery. The flavor, oh so good! Baked potato perfect! I cant even start to say how good this meal was! Our server managed to keep everyone at our table happy and was super friendly. This Texas Roadhouse was beyond superior!l

Usually have a good experience every time but lately not so much. We were seated by the host in apparently a “closed” section. We sat there for 10+minutes before someone came to our table and told us they were moving us because we were seated wrong. Moved us across the restaurant to a noisy area. My chili came to me at room temperature and became cold shortly after the first bite. Everyone else’s food was fine. Just not the best service day

Their beef was EXTREMELY salty- like you go to take a bite of their burger and what I got was Road Kill, you taste nothing but salt. Two bites in I couldn't even finish because of how salty they were. Our waiter was super nice though (I can't remember her name) and of course the bread rolls were the best- kinda wish we would've gotten more bread to bring home.

Fantastic for the family and budget! The place is always packed. Which of course is a blessing and a curse. We know we will enjoy it but sometimes we do not have the time in evening to wait for it. We still enjoy regularly!

My husband and I waited for over an hour to receive our food and when it finally came out it was wrong. The waitress was just standing in the corner talking to other waitresses and barely checked on us. The table across from us which was a bigger party sat down and ordered their food 20+ minutes after we did and received their food way before us. Now they were busy so we were very understanding to that but when we asked our waitress how long our appetizers was going to be she said that the kitchen was backed up only to find out that she never submitted it.

Last time we came here was for my 8 yr old birthday. She chose trh bc she likes it when they do the birthday singing. Well we told waiter it was her birthday, they went around and did others but not hers. We waited and waited after we was done to never even see the waiter again. Pretty upset that my little girl got let down. However we went tonight for dinner and it was probably the best service we have ever had here. Our server named Ian was top notch. Never let our drinks go empty and continued to check on us. They was pretty busy tonight and he was taking care of business. Thanks.

Great service with the server! Bad experience with the host! I walk in and she’s just talking to her friend. She doesn’t even acknowledge my existence for a good minute. She’s just chatting and laughing with her boy friends! And when she finally asks me what I need she sounds rude and annoyed! She had dark brown hair, I think her name was Liliana. She would rather chat with her little guy friends than do her job!? And get all rude when a customer walks in!!!

I always order to-go from here, I have no other choice. And they ALWAYS mess soemthing up, forgetting bacon, ranch, they’ve forgotten appetizers, potatoes, but what really tops the cake is I ordered applesauce as a side and a whole French fry came in it. Yum.
