Texas Roadhouse - Steak house in Chesapeake - 1546 Sam\'s Cir, USA

It was extremely busy early Saturday night, Waited about 15 minutes but it was well worth it as the beer was cold and delish, the salad was fresh and crisp the steaks were seasoned and cooked to perfection, the loaded baked potato was great and our sever Kena was outstanding . Absolutely I’ll be back ..

Love this place. Food was great, server was busy but she was great! We didn’t have a wait when we went either which was nice!

Atmosphere was typical of a Texas Roadhouse. The food was good, and it would get a 4, but the baked potato they brought was covered in salt. Italnost looked like they just dropped it in a bag of shaved salt. We asked the waitress, and she informed us that they're usually served like this. I've never had one like this at the Texas Roadhouse we usually go to. Anyways, service was ok. There wasn't much of a wait, which was surprising being a friday evening. On the way being seated, we heard a guy complaining that they had run out of fries, so we knew not to order that. My wife opted for mashed potatoes. Plates were brought out, but without her potatoes. Then we were informed there were no mashed potatoes, but told we could get fries lol i dont know what the deal was with them giving people what they ordered that night, but a few minutes after ordering her other side, the waitress came back with the mashed potatoes they didn't have lol Steak was good though. Id go back on a night they weren't so busy.

We came for dinner. Asked for filet. Medium. Received beef jerky instead. Food took 50 minutes to arrive. The waitress was a young girl with zero personality and completely unbotherd by the bad service and bad food. What a disaster of place. Cannot recommend this place.

Where do I start. We sat for 25 minutes before getting a server. That’s fine we are all short staffed. The bathrooms were disgusting. It’s smelled like as Donkey’s butt, as my husband put it. There were flies everywhere in the bathroom and the sinks were clogged. Our utensils were crusty and steaks were the size of silver dollars (filet), they forgot the toppings in my husbands potato and brought it back (same potato) unmelted cheese. The bright side? Wonderful kind server Victor and our steaks were cooked as ordered. There was this one server not sure who she was a tall maybe 5’11” larger lady with Sandy blonde hair. This lady was rude and nasty to all the other servers and as we walked out she nearly took me out and didn’t stop to acknowledge that happened. What happened to that place??

My wife and me really enjoyed our experience with this Texas Roadhouse location. It was our first time eating here and everything was top notch. We sat at the bar and really liked the atmosphere. Our waiter was very friendly and took care of our order quickly and checked back with us for any additional needs. The whole place is very clean including the restroom. The food was so delicious and steak was as tender as any I've ever had. I highly recommend this location if your ever in the area.

Ally was our server for the day. She was super nice, attentive and efficient. She suggested some yummy items and listened carefully to our lunch needs. Texas Roadhouse Ally deserves a pay raise and yall should acknowledge her profiency in customer service. It was an excellent experience and highly recommended the Texas Roadhouse in Chesapeake, VA. The appetizers were yummy, the meals were yummy, margaritas were yummy and everything served at it's appropriate time. Ask for Ally.
