Went here for dinner and ordered a NY strip and this is what they brought me! You might want to make sure you're not serving a Chef when you give someone a sirloin instead of a strip. No I didn't want you to cook me another steak and I paid for the entire meal even though I only ate part of my salad. It was never even offered to remove it from my bill! Unbelievable
I’ve never ever had a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse like this before. Idk what Sydney’s problem was but she didn’t like us or something. I placed a to go order after my regular order with my family and when I left I realized I didn’t get my lemonade and they put my Mac and cheese in a bag (with no cheese, so just cooked noodles). I’m not one to ever complain about any restaurant but this was probably the craziest experience I’ve ever had. Do better.
10 out of 10 HIGHLY recommend!! It was our first time eating there and we LOVED it, will Definitely go again! All around best experience I've had eating out in a long time!!
Came here for my husband's birthday.
He got a slice o' prime rib roast and loved it. Also got the cheese n bacon fries, fried pickles, and a margarita.
I got the 6oz filet and it was perfectly cooked, textbook medium rare. The steak was so good, I forgot to take pics or it. Perfectly salted, no need for extra salt.
Our server was Brittany and she was very sweet and attentive even though it was a busy night.
Great food, steak was delicious. They did forget my mushrooms. I didn't eat all of my steak I was given a Togo order of mushrooms. Our steaks was cooked perfectly to our preferred temperature. We ended up with a extra basket of fries. Waitress was sweet and polite. She was quick and knew how to do her job very well.
First I want to say thank you to Texas Roadhouse for supporting veterans and for the complementary sirloin dinner. The salad was served on a chilled plate and very fresh. I had the 6 oz sirloin, baked potato and salad. My friend had the Porter House steak, baked potato and macaroni and cheese. We opted to sit at the bar because the place was packed at 5pm for an early dinner. We just missed the early dine specials and plan to come back earlier next time. The bartender Hannah was amazing.
Planned a work Christmas party for 8pm. They failed to prepare even though we called three times during the week. Yes, we needed tables for 30 but they knew that. Stop seating people and prepare for our arrival. Mgmt was a joke. What a awful experience.
I want to edit my review. After we were finally seated, our servers were top notch. I was sure we would wait forever for our food but I was wrong. Not only did each table receive their food quickly, they were all delivered relatively close together so we were all eating at the same time.
Management should commend these servers because they truly made up for the seating blunder.
One of the few restaurants in the Fort Smith area that is always consistent in both food & service. We’ve been here many times & it’s always great service, reasonable prices, and an overall positive experience. We always leave feeling like we got our money’s worth (& always make sure we order enough steak to take some home for our miniature weenie dog…… Never thought we’d be THOSE people😂🙄😳). Unless you’re not a fan of meat, Texas Roadhouse is always a safe choice (in our opinion). Just be careful not to fill up on the rolls before your entree gets to the table… VERY easy to do b/c they’re SO GOOD!👍🏼🤩
I sure have missed having this place in DFW, TX! Service was great, people were friendly, food (choices) was good. We would go at least once a week if we had a store here. My pic is little grilled shrimp with a baked potato.â¤ï¸
I thoroughly enjoy the wonderful soaps, body moisture creams, and chapstick. The scents are wonderful. Some of the chapstick is seasonal, which makes it fun.
