Texas Roadhouse - Steak house in Snellville - 1969 Dogwood Rd SW, USA

I had a great time at this location. It took 38 minutes to get here and it was worth the drive. When we got there we were greeted immediately by the host and she brought us those fresh rolls with honey butter that we’re always looking forward to. After being seated she took my friends drink order but I was indecisive so it took me a minute. Not too long after the manager came out and took our order. I didn’t want salmon because I always get the same thing and I wanted something different. She helped me choose the roadkill which I’m glad I chose because it was very delicious, a little salty but not too overbearing to enjoy it. It took a minute for our food to come but we liked that because it meant our food was getting cooked fresh, seeing how we got there about 4:30ish and they’d just opened at 4, I’d rather come early than late because sometimes it just isn’t as fresh or appetizing as it potentially can be. Our waitress ended up coming out and you can tell something was bothering her which may have been the delay but she didn’t show it with any attitude. She put on her brace face and sucked it in but I still told her I hope everything is alright and will get better. The drinks were delicious, the food was delicious and every last employee we encountered was friendly and warm. 10 stars. I wish every place had training like this. I will definitely be back to this location specifically, keep up the great work team

I've been to the actual state of Texas( San Antonio), and I haven't had great steak like that...until now! It was absolutely delicious, and my medium well 21- inch Forth Worth sirloin, was PERFECT!!

Everything was great! We were greeted when we first entered. We were seated promptly. Our waiter was amazing!! Appetizer came out promptly and steaks 🥩 were cooked to perfection! I took a star off food because my bbq chicken came smeared with bbq all over the plate…. It just looked messy. Will be returning again.

Delicious meal options! My only issue is that it opens so late on weekdays. Friendly staff, quick service. I also enjoy the fact that you can pick out your hand-cut steak to eat. Great family-friendly option.

Had a great time last weekend eating here! This was the first time in a long time we've had our steaks cooked exactly how we wanted!!! Also, it's been a while since we have been to a TR and they changed their crouton recipe for the better! The Caesar salads were delish. Fried cheese was fine. Nothing bad, just not special. Ribs were yummy, but I think the recipe may have changed those as well. Still ultra-tender, but different flavor. Had a great server and enjoyed ourselves immensely!

One of the best service and food ever! Johanna was our server, never needed anything she was amazing! Monica came and checked that evening was good, and my son got a birthday song!

To start, we were sat at a table for 6 but it was 7 of us and the ticket had 7 on it. We were moved to a table for 6 and a small booth for 2. When the drinks were brought, the 5 drinks were placed on fro. If me to give out to the table. The food wasn’t too bad. I had pork chops and one was fine and one was very dry. Clearly not cooked the same time. i had to remind her that I should have a side with the pork chops. I didn’t get a refill of water until I asked for it. I did return one of my chops because it was too dry. She had a hard time with doing the bill of 5 and then the two on the side. I think she is new and didn’t tip as much as I would have normally.

First off! When I walked in I didn’t feel welcome. I was told that the wait was 30-45 for two people. When they did seat us, our table was so wet and dirty. I had to walk up front to let them know. And to send someone to clean our table. When the lady did come, she didn’t even clean the table right. Our table was so sticky! I had to walk into the bathroom to get a wet paper towel to clean our table. Then our waitress came by to take out order (by the way she was the best!)… So our food finally came out. My steak was cooked medium well when I asked for medium And when I tell you, there was absolutely no seasoning on our steak. I literally mean that! I mean there was no salt or pepper. At least they could have put that on the steak. So I’ll explain this to the manager on duty tonight. Don’t you guys know this man goes in the back and bring out a cup of seasoning so we can season our steak, instead of taking it in the back to get them to do it over. My advice to you Texas Roadhouse to greet and treat every customer the same from when you open your doors to the end of the night no one should be treated differently, regardless of what time it was. And just a FYI I came at 10:13pm and you guys close at 11.
