Texas Point National Wildlife Refuge - Wildlife refuge in Sabine Pass - 7950 S Gulfway Dr, USA

Absolutely beautiful place. Lots of birds and alligators to view. We will definitely go back there again!

Refuge is not really designed for the public, but does have small areas that are accessible, and provides decent birdwatching in the spring. They also allow limited duck hunting in the fall.

Small area mostly for hunting it seemed. A small circular sidewalk under some trees and a view to a reeded pond. It has a main building next to it but not necessary to visit. Small parking lot with a porta-potty.

Saw an alligator that was bigger then me!

Closed the day we got there but also what we did see was very poorly maintained.

Come on people wake up start finding ways to make better fuels that are less pollutant in order to save our planet it's time to wake up we get less than a hundred years to live we have to leave something for our children and grandchildren love this place

Nice place for a hike away from the hustle and bustle. You might get to see a good sized Gator in the canal!

Good place to fish
