Texas Inn Alamo - Hotel in Alamo - 714 N Alamo Rd, USA

Very noisy place to stay supposed to have a Continental breakfast which you cannot get to because the doors are locked at even 8:00 in the morning. Cockroaches in the room cleaning staff cannot bring the proper amount of towels and wash cloths when you ask them to bring them they forget to bring them this place really sucks I wouldn't even recommend this place to the homeless.

This is always my go to hotel when I wanna get away from the house. The rooms are always clean and smell good. The management up front pretty much leaves you be, which I don't know is a good or bad thing. It's not near anything, so there isn't any nice view or anything. But the pride that they take in the rooms themselves must be pretty high, because I've never been disappointed. I also come for the pool, which is always super clean and well kept.

Stayed for 2 weeks service was amazing they would check if needed cleaning or needed anything. Place is close to a Valero, McDonald's, HEB, and other stores at walking distance if you like to walk like me. Have washer and dryer love that I could pay with my phone so didn't have to carry a bunch of quarters (didn't like that twice that I was gonna wash the washer all of a sudden would change like if it was occupied when it wasn't cause I had just taken my clothe out). Rooms where good kinda sucked not having a little table where my kids are laying on the floor, but sort of worked out cause I was able to put an air mattress for my 2 oldest so they didn't sleep on the floor. Says free breakfast, but was kinda confused I didn't see any so I ask and I guess it was only on weekends which its fine with me. Swimming pool was usually fool so wasn't really able to enjoy it because some of the people that would leave the pool weren't even staying here. Yes I understand they would come and visit family here, but to be in the Swimming pool all day and for the once paying to stay here not be able to go and enjoy it was annoying. All and all good place really liked it and would recommend it.

One of the worst hotel experiences.. did not sleep at all due to next door guest being super loud ALL night singing Kareoke called front desk to do something about it and just completely ignored it I DO NOT recommend this place Avoid at all cost

Beautiful outside appearance. Large spacious rooms. Very clean. Microwave and fridge.. Beds need an update, ours, Memory Foam dipping in middle but brothers was nice and firm. Air Conditioning very efficient. Ceiling fans make a nice addition for comfort. Pool small for the number of occupants. Area clean but pool water needing better upkeep. No Continental Breakfast warranting loer price point

The first thing we seen when we walked in was a roach... I took a picture and walked back out to get a refund. The lady up front tried to give us another room but I just asked for money back. The rooms smell bad & were not very clean.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Bugs everywhere they did nothing about it. Bed sheets were dirty when I arrived and I marked it to checked to see if they changed the sheets which they didn't. Had to make them change them, stole my bags of items and.lied about it. Lack of toilet paper & towels , and when they mopped the dead bugs were left behind.. Breakfast isnt even an option but it has promises of free breakfast. The wifi is horriblr it kept buffering. I would find a different hotel to be honest
