My Windows based computer crashed and the manufacturer couldn't figure it out. The manufacturer's solution was to wipe the drive (along with all my data) and reload the OS. I thought I'd make a last ditch effort to save my data. I took the computer to Texas Computer Technologies because their estimate was significantly less expensive than other people I called. They not only saved my data but they also recovered the full system without needing to reload anything; they replaced my SSD memory to avoid future issues; and they did all this within the estimate I was given. I'm very pleased and would definitely take them a problem computer again...before wiping the drives.

I was having problems with my laptop. I wasn't able to stay on for more than 15 or 20 minutes and it would freeze up or crash. I called and was able to speak to someone about what could be wrong with it and what the cost might be.I was told to bring it in and they would have a look at it, no cost to me. After picking up my computer I am very pleased. I feel like it's a brand new laptop, runs like a charm. They did a cleaning on it ( did not charge me ) restored it to factory as I asked for and backed up my important files and restored those as well. I strongly recomend them for any computer repairs. There prices are awesome. Thank You TXC, keep up the good job. I will be bringing my computer back every 6 months for a cleaning to keep it running smooth.

Very easy to work with. Repair to my laptop was completed in two days. Fair price. Will defiantly use again for other repairs or upgrades.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Ryan is dope! i called about consistant lags even in windows. Ryan spent 10 minutes on the phone with me trying to diagnose it so I wouldnt have to come in. I did end up taking it in but it only took him 20 minutes to find the problem. Diags are $50 as of the date of this post. Which is way better than anyone around, and he hooked it up because it was such a simple fix. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I have definatly found my guy. I called around before him and everyone was smug and overpriced. Please save yourself the hassle. It is worth the drive I promise. You may even wanna wait in the parking lot cause this guy is fast! 10 out fo 5 stars!

Texas Computer Technologies recovered ALL of the data on my corrupted hard drive in less than 24 hours! They really saved the day, so lucky to have found them. Very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly, people. I highly recommend this business!
