If you are considering going into the coffee shop business, then take this course first! I’ve been deep into coffee for many years, started roasting my own coffee some two years ago, but this course draws back the curtain on what it really takes to launch a successful “Coffee Shop” business. I felt like I left with a good understanding of the financial numbers related to the coffee shop business and a solid framework from which to implement a viable business plan. From here, it’s up to me - I have the knowledge to move forward or walk away - either way, the course has paid for itself.

Tom, the owner doesn't sugar coat anything about being an entrepreneur in the coffee shop business, however, he delivers such a Sweet action plan for success ! A very well organized run program in detail and very comprehensive , leaving nothing out. The staff at Texas Coffee School are friendly, and very knowledgeable. I attended the school, with the intentions of just learning how to make “good” cup of coffee, but I left with a much greater understanding of the intricate details of coffee consumption and preparation. They also lay out how to open and run a SUCCESSFUL coffee shop from start to finish.
