Always I have a same issue & the chicken was disgusting and was smelling very bad

I was in Dec 3rd Sunday @ 9pm hasssan the cashier overcharged me at least $5 on an order that I always get which is the number 11 3 piece tender. Wouldn't let me substitute my side of fries for something else (which I'm usually allowed do to) the order normally is less than 13-14 dollars but he charged me 18 dollars saying that that's the way it's always rung-up and that it's the charge. This man gave me an extremely hard time as we talked in circles and he still ended up charging me separately for all the sides I requested on top of the combo and for a bottle of water (that should've been included) separately as well. This guy is not professional or knowledgeable about the restaurants POS system nor is he willing to empathize with the customer when they're actually right. I do not stop by on Sundays in the event that he is working.

I opted for the 3-piece combo. The mashed potatoes were inedible, lacking any discernible flavor. The gravy had an unpleasant, tart, and spoiled taste, while the ginger ale also seemed off. Even the fried chicken failed to meet expectations, as it managed to be both soggy and dry simultaneously. Regrettably, I had to discard the entire meal due to its overall poor quality. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this particular location, especially since I've had positive experiences at other Texas Fried Chicken establishments where the food was genuinely enjoyable.

Good food and very kind and helpful staff, Nalini and Ameer were especially helpful. They told me about the app which allowed me to order directly from my phone and claim the offers.

I feel this place is better than Popeyes! The chicken is fresh and the seasoning is delicious! I just found this spot and have gone THREE times! The staff is friendly, the orders come in fast. The place is clean and cozy. Those fries are soooo good! I found a new spot for my chicken sandwiches!

Nalini treated everyone with the best customer service that I've seeing in a long time. She is a wonderful person with great customer service interpersonal skills. God bless her !

Came here many times. Staff is friendly. One woman was chowing down her food there and then went back to the counter to say that she didn’t order those items. Such an absurd and low class thing to do when you’re halfway eating but the staff wasn’t rude to her and gave her the “correct order”

Nalini has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a Texas chain restaurant . Her personality and hospitality is amazing. I enjoyed my experiences ordering with her and the food was great, cooked to perfection.
