Someone who works there doesn’t know what they’re doing. I was told over the phone I could do a walk in for a phone screen repair and it would take an hour. Only to walk in to find out not only do they not to walk ins but they have to take my phone for a few DAYS and transport it to another town. Don’t advertise one thing and then do anther. Thankfully the techs who were in were very kind and helped me find another local solution that I can get done quickly.
