I have been renting through testa since September of 2022 and haven’t had any problems at all since I’ve been here. Lori is amazing and the maintenance staff always are so helpful. Would definitely recommend!
In the state of Kansas property managers are not required to be licensed Realtors which means they are not regulated at all by the state and therefore cannot be held liable for their actions except in a court of law. Unlike other states, Kansas is chock full of "property manager" businesses for this reason. Never hire anyone to do anything to your property who isn't licensed.
Funny how the person who runs this place gives themselves 5 stars. When in all actuality they aren’t worthy of the 5 stars. Takes forever to get information from them. Rude. Not going back to them
