Terry Motel - Motel in Fort Smith - 4020 Midland Blvd, USA

It was decent for the price and area. Quiet and clean enough to get through the night or two. Basic as can be with outdated interior and furniture. There are pests so come prepare to deal with them. Mini fridge, cable TV, WiFi, microwave, and towels are provided. Owners are nice and attentive. If you don't expect much, you'll be okay at this motel.

My electricity went out and needed a close place to stay. My room was clean, the AC worked well, bed was comfortable enough and clean. Cable TV with remote. Plenty of space. Nothing fancy, but was good for me.

I didn't stay there but picked up someone and looked in the room. Extremely outdated. Nasty. Old and stinks.

They have clean rooms and manager is nice. Quite little rooms. Not bad.

Leaving 1 star bc I have to for the review but my sister is on hospice and dying and we are looking for a by the week room and this place refused service bc she had a friend that stays with her to take care of her they sleep in the same bed as my sister wakes in need of her in the night and he said they don't do that there !! Not very professional especially for the since I called bc the reviews said nice management!! Not nice ppl!!

Rude staff. Dirty rooms, roaches, Strict management. No open doors, no standing outside, no refunds. I didn't personally stay here. Just went to visit my sister and the guy had such a nasty attitude! 0/10 do not recommend.

I've been staying at Terry Motel on and off for years now,the manger and his wife are honestly the nicest people ever, their property is very nice,quite and safe. I love it besides the rooms are very nice, neat,clean and smells so good,even the housekeeper is very nice,respectful and very helpful as well,I am very happy to say that my stays at Terry Motel has always been wonderful and I enjoy knowing that I call it my home away from home...I Love It 😍 ❣❣❣❣

This place was so gross I slept in vehicle. Roachs galore. Shaking the bed led to a bed bug infestation. So nasty. So very gross. I don't know if I made the clerk mad or what when I opened the door. Which did not open all the way - the mold was so bad in carpet.
