Checking in as weary travelers Sam was great and went over the top to assure our comfort. The rooms left alot to be desired but they had a nice spread for breakfast. Can't say enough about Sam though he seems like such a helpful, nice and genuine person.

Took pets, friendly staff, good breakfast. Hotel and grounds very neat and kept up. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Quiet, got a good night's rest. Prices were great! Worth checking this place out!! Would definitely come back if in the area.

The woman who checked us in was very pleasant. The hotel is an older establishment but is clean and vey well kept up. The rooms were clean and spacious. Ample parking. A nice complimentary breakfast was included. We do a lot of traveling and for the price it is a value! We'd definitely stay again.

Owners, managers, and staff are the most excellent people. Prices are really good. Food is perfect. Will stay again if in town. I would drive out of my way to stay again.

For the price this place was perfect- very clean rooms, and no signs of bugs- Breakfast is a typical quick travel meal options- loved that the waffle maker was mini waffles- I hate committing to a whole huge waffle. Bed was comfortable too!

Territorial is an older motel surrounded by modern hotels and run by very nice people. Pet friendly! Super firm beds and newer carpet paired with a dated facility that really needs an overhaul. Not because of the dated decor, but due to lack of proper maintenance and care.

In the dark. Clean older hotel in need of remodel. Power went out in our room before sunrise this morning. The person at the front desk did not know how to reset the circuit breaker. We were offered another room but declined because we were leaving in a couple of hours.

If you yearn for the earth tones and dark wood trim from the 70s and 80s then you'll enjoy a stay here. My review is for a weekend stay, Oct 2023. The hotel has a dark, depressing interior in serious need of update and maintenance. Cleanliness is borderline. My sheets and towels were clean. Everything else, not so much. The free breakfast buffet is disappointing. The cold cereal and coffee looked like the only safe choices for me. Coffee is plentiful but lukewarm. I strolled down the hill to Starbucks to get a hot brew. The staff is pleasant and helpful. My two stars are generous. The Territorial Inn is a borderline 1.
