Terrace Motel - Motel in Tucson - 631 W Miracle Mile, USA

It don't advise anybody to go here it's an arm and a leg and they don't even consider helping out the homeless with any type of discounts even if you're close enough to having a full fair for a room for a night or a week they won't do it and won't allow it!.. I don't like the managers that watch over the place and regulate on it because first of all they're not Americans and they will definitely treat you as if you're not there race...

This place was nasty dirty. I had to deep clean everything before staying. The being was dirty and probably not even changed out. And they charge $85 a nite and a $25 deposits for key. The people are polite but just really need to be taught how to clean.

I will never ever again stay at this hotel again it's nasty n not cleaned the sheets have stains on them the end table has sticky stuff all over it the floors are nasty as well this place needs to be shut down for good 💯 permanently please of God no one stops here to get a room I wouldn't even let my kids stay here or my wife never again in my life

The rooms are way to expensive for what you get. The owner is always walking around like Gustopo.

Although it was one of the only hotels/motels that had an available room and didn't have an outrageous security deposit, it was pretty gross. The mini-fridge door was covered with gross sticky stuff (I put a napkin on it so we could open and close the door...and it stuck) and that area didn't have a light that worked (one of several areas). The towels had stains and we're super tiny and the comforter had cigarette burn holes. We arrived really late at night and was shocked when someone came knocking on our door to tell us that check-out was at 10:00 am (it was 10:10). We asked for a little more time (one hour), but they refused without charging an additional $15. I don't recommend it if you have other options.

The place is what you would expect from a Tucson slumlord. The grounds and rooms are filthy. Black mold in the shower. The refrigerator didn't work. An old tube tv. And the owner is conscious of covid threat but doesn't follow guidelines. Nice pool, but he won't open it. Strung out addicts knock on the door looking to score all day and night. The electrical system is unsafe and there is no smoke alarm. The dresser was busted and only two drawers worked. And of course, it's roach infested. It's not worth the money. Message to Shem the slumlord: Be a slumlord and suffer the consequences.

This place was horrible. Rented a room for week. They didn't tell us until after we paid that there was a 20 deposit for the key. Had a nice pool but when we went to get in we were run off cause it was closed. At one point seen the owner wetting a mop in the pool. AC quit the second night we were there, they claimed to have cable but we could not get but 1 channel (come to find they they hadn't given us a remote for the TV) Drawers from dresser and nightstand were missing, no secure fastener on bathroom window. There was an unplated receptacle by the door that had wires exposed where the curtain could easily get into it. Was also told we were only allowed a limited amount of luggage in the room. Upon checking out a day early, the owner inspected the room and refused to refund the 20 for the key on the premise that the towels were dirty. Guess we were not supposed to use them. Avoid this rathole.

The water is only HOT. Electric wires lose, hanging from open, old casing are also HOT (sparked when I touched them together!). Holes in curtains, also too short to provide privacy. However, with a little duct tape and house keeping, I am comfortable but worry about going to work in the morning... Will my room be robbed while I'm out??? Despite, I must say, the Manager is THE FIRST FRIENDLY INDIA IMMIGRANT EVER enjoying our American soil!!!
