Terrace Inn & Suites - Motel in El Cerrito - 10869 San Pablo Ave, USA

It was priced great for what I received. I stayed here 17 years ago and it was clean then and it's clean now. I stayed here for work and I will stay here again if I get to work in the area again. It's very well maintained for the age. I do wish there was better parking, but I didn't have to worry about being here. But I do stay aware of my surroundings. It's only 6 miles from the chevron refinery and that was awesome!!!

I've lived in the area for quite some time but have never stepped foot in this place until recently. Due to my home being painted, I needed a place to stay for the day/night and decided to give the Terrace a chance. I arrived, checked in and went to my room..surprisingly the room itself was very neat and tidy, smelled fresh and had a very comforting feel. The huge king size bed was a plus, as well as the bathroom which was decorated nicely and had a slight "bleachy" odor (which I loved). There was a microwave and mini fridge in room, a nice sized tv and the place was fairly quiet during the night. Id say this is the little brother of The Best Western I'll definitely be returning in the future it was well worth the $50+ spent.

There was one slight problem the manager/owner! But other than that...For being a motel, I was very satisfied the staff was very nice, they had the best economic price around, and the place is nice and clean! It's very simple but cute and considering the fact that is a motel my family and I were truly surprised it was way better than expected:) and the owner manager whatever he is is rude and you can't understand what he says:/

Staff is nice and patient. Also day manager has a great sense of humor. He says all his clients belong in a mental hospital and he's going to start committing everyone one at a time or open his hotel as a mental hospital instead of a hotel, lol.

It's a cool little place that offers microwave's and mini refrigerators in every room plus there is plenty of space a big bed plus a closet, as well as a laundry room, not many places offer it's also fairly priced $100 flat no tax or anything. It's a cool little walk to the nearest stores but there is a safeway by as well.

Manager rude / Racist Spiders Everywhere Wouldn’t recommend staying here:( an absolute nightmare door doesn’t lock in room have to lift for up too lock non smoking room smells like a smoking room Worst Service ever in hotel history don’t believe find out for yourself I warned you.

Price usual for motels in Oakland Nice people. Helpful. Don't rush you out of room I have stayed until 12 a couple of times! Rooms are nice. Clean.

We stayed here on the advice of a friend. It turns out that friend stayed there years ago.||The rooms are clean, but this place is old and caters to long term rentals for the rooms.||In the middle of the night, we wake up to people in the parking lot laughing and talking and just hanging out but it was 1 am !!! Needless to say, we got out of there early in the morning. The rooms are fairly cheap at $69 for a king but we will not be staying there again.
