Tequila Bistro - Spanish restaurant in Elizabeth - 824 Pearl St, USA

My family and I were very optimistic about dining there. It's very nice restaurant. And the service was five ✨✨

A friend of mine and I met up for a drink. When I arrived I parked in their lot across the street. I walked in and found my friend. I started with the red sangria and it was tasty. Violet was our bartender and she was awesome. She showed us the area for private parties. It is a really nice place. For a small meal my friend got the garlic shrimp and it was really good. We definitely enjoyed our time.

First off, this place is very cozy and cute. As soon as you walk in the hospitality between the bartender and the weight staff is amazing. They have this tomato based topping for the bread and it is amazing. I ordered the short ribs which was on their special and it fell off the bone and it was very rich with flavor. It came with a risotto and the risotto had spinach in it which was also amazing! And it was very creamy and delicious. For dessert, I couldn't decide between the creme brulee or their mousse cake so I got both. I wasn't a huge fan of the creme brûlée but the mousse cake was amazing and has a vanilla chocolate which I have really seen in mouse which sets it apart from other desserts. I can't remember the drink I ordered but it also was very fresh and fruity. I can't wait to come back here during the summer when they have the patio open. Also, they have parking across the street. Just an FYI, it took me a few times around the block to realize that.

Every meal comes with soup or salad and some bread with tomatillo seasoned. Absolutely amazing !!! Then I had enchiladas and my bf had surf and turn , amazing dish everyone would love surf or turf. His cousin had bistec romano with yellow rice. The beans are so tasty I can eat it alone. Drink and VERY strong if you are a drinker 🥹💪🏾 will so go again. Fancy place you can casual or dress up !!

Great dishes and taste so good. Small place like 6 tables and a long bar. little pricey but it worth it. Excellent flavor. We ordered weekend specials. Paella marinara, halibut loin. Chichen mountain?. Ribeye steak.

Absolutely amazing. After craving soft tacos for a few days and missing my trip back to Cabo . . . I was blown way by the presentation, service and multiple favors of the food. I quickly grabbed the dinner menu and planned dinner with the family. I highly encourage you to plan a visit to the renovated outdoor seating and enjoy amazing dinning!

food was excellent, atmosphere was very nice. staff was great. 1st time but will become a regular now.

This is one of the best restaurants I've been to. I went there on valentines there and had a four course meal. Best steak I've ever had. Service was really good. Its quite a bit pricey. With me and girlfriend i spent around 140 but it was worth it. Its a good place to go with someone you care about
