I got the LG oxtail with rice and peas! It was delicious! The oxtails were falling off the bone. The stew was just fantastic. The Mac cheese isn’t something I would order again. Very small portion and it was super dry. However it was very flavorful it just needs a lil creamy consistency.
Called online to make an order for oxtails white rice and Mac anc cheese . Lady on the phone was rude saying “ I have a line of customers “ did not take my order. As a Jamaican I will never give this business money they are rude and lazy.
There’s not that many great Jamaican Food spots in Paterson but this one is definitely good.
The best Jamaican food in Paterson right now. My favorite is the fried chicken and rice and peas. Quick service, can call ahead to pick up, & catering service is great. They catered my college event for 150 students for a great price with all the hard work they put into it.
This is my first time eating Ackee and SaltFish at the Jerk Center and I brought someone. The store looks not too shabby however, when we walked in the guy behind the counter (never got his name) was putting freshly made "Patties" in the glass display case. He didn't say anything to us when we walked in which was not good how ever the food was great! The Ackee and SaltFish was fresh and the ingredients were good. It also came with boiled dumpling, yams, and plantain. Also fried dumpling! You can't mess up Ackee and SaltFish! Over all the breakfast was great!
To the chef, God bless your hands. The flavors are out of this world. The best jerk chicken I've ever had, everything I ordered was delicious. The time and attention you put in the food is evident with the amazing flavors. Keep up the good work
