Tent City Taphouse - American restaurant in Anchorage - 343 W 6th Ave, USA

Tried out the brunch and it was definitely delicious! We tried the Chicken & Waffles, Poutine, and the French Toast. Everyone really enjoyed their food. Our server was very attentive and welcoming. Great atmosphere and I definitely would come back to try more of their brunch menu.

The vegan and gluten free options were impressive. The beer variety was excellent. The food was next level good and enough to feed a polar beer. Our Serbian server was the best!

We ordered the short ribs with grits and the special; fresh salmon, scallops with potatoes. Our food was delicious. We called a few minutes before arriving and the hostess had our table prepared for us and our four kids. I personally am not a fan of the duck fries, I prefer my fries more crunchy but my husband and kids enjoyed them, my 8 month old son really liked the parmesan cheese. The burgers my kids had were also delicious. It’s clear that the chef and employees take pride in their work and pay great attention to detail. The hostess was very attentive and personable, I was impressed with how engaged he is with the customers and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is comfortable and taken care of. I really enjoyed our dinner here, I wish I would’ve ate here sooner! Make sure to ask your server if they have any specials that aren’t listed on the menu. Unfortunately we are leaving Alaska in a week but we will eat here again before leaving because the food and experience was so impressive. The reviews don’t do this restaurant justice, it’s definitely worth a try, I’m glad we dined here and has delicious leftovers to enjoy the next night.

Tent city has a great selection of Alaska beers on tap and some fun other drink options. The menu was pretty limited but the dishes were large, fresh and tasty. Sat at the bar and the staff were friendly and kind.

We stopped for lunch. Had two starters--pelemi and poutine. Also had creme brulee for dessert. Non traditional prep but tasty. Good service with a relaxed atmosphere.

Great beer and fun mimosa flight! Jonathan was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience!

Cute little spot downtown. The spinach dip is ok, very creamy and not so cheesy if that make sense . I would not recommend the “ Award winning Chowder”. Its watery, there are several other places in town with better chowder. I did like the mimosa flight.

First time there and got there right at 11 am!! Was initially only one server but she was spot on Had to have the Memosa flight!! 4 different fruits Berries, Pineapple, Watermelon and Strawberry! Very refreshing First were Starters Pork Belly Bites - good flavor and a bit over done, too crunchy, but I'd dare to try again Pelmeni I was expecting more flavor than it had it was Missing something, filling wasn't as flavorful as you would expect and the taziki didn't save it even with a requested lemon wedge squeezed over it Brunch!! Now this is where it was at!! The Spenard Sunrise Burger had it all! Just the right creamy and crunchy textures along with the charr of the burger and flavors took this home Highly recommend it! Strawberry French Toast!! Wow!! Fresh berries and not overly sweet, enjoyed every bite!
