I continue to be tremendously impressed with Tencom Services. They developed and helped design the website for Northwest TN Tourism. They have continued to train and assist me in multiple ways and are patient with me through it all. I trust them 100%! Kudos to Chris, Paolo, and Annabelle!

TenCom came to my rescue when my computer died today. I hoped it was just the power cord and they verified that and I was able to pick it up in less than an hour. So grateful for Everything they did. I deffinitely know where to go now.

was told they could find the program on line and if not they would call (never called) I said fine I’ll take the computer elsewhere he returned with both computers saying he transferred the files over without the program I opened it in front of him and got computerized junk for my files He said idk why your upset I said I don’t know why you think I’m bringing it into a professional for nothing then said if I download the software that it would transfer over my mistake was I paid him

Excellent place for computer repair and or parts. I bought a used sound card.
