Had the Matcha Thai Tea (Milk Tea) and the popcorn chicken with medium spice.
The milk tea was something different - almost like having ice cream but without it being sweet. All in all not bad - would consider ordering again.
The popcorn chicken was ok but was disappointed that their “medium” spicy was 0 spicy. The sauce given was a cross between sweet & sour, ketchup and cocktail sauce. Not sure if I would order this item again.
3/24/2023 = 3 Star = Wifey complaint about the hot chocolate milk , i taste it , taste like water and little choco on it , the rest of the drink are fine , will try again next time .
Awesome tea! Beware of sizing 😲 I ordered the match milk tea extra sweet- delicious! I went in thinking I wanted a Large to share w/ my hubby, but when I was shown the sizing we opted for Medium- sharable!! And great price/value! Matcha taste was high quality & authentic, ordered on the sweeter side to allow for ice to water down. Will definitely be back and try some food next time.
The service is always friendly and the drinks and food are always delicious. This is my favorite local boba. I love stopping in for a treat after errands or visiting with friends on the weekends. The octopus balls are fun to share.

Located in the same plaza as 99 ranch market. Really good milk tea - strong tea flavor. I always order it 50% sweetness level. The boba is perfectly cooked not too chewy and sweet. Only thing that sucks about this place is their credit card policy - cash only for transactions under $10 dollars. Also if it's super busy you will have to wait awhile for your drinks...
Ten Ren has been here forever since I was a little kid. I used to walk by this place and wonder what it sold and the store has evolved to include a really massive boba section. Specializing in a bunch of different teas and flavors. There large size is huge and is extremely worth it. The decor is a bit weird as you can tell that the boba section was kind of just plopped there and tables put surrounding the front of the store. A random fountain indoors also makes me chuckle. They also sell what I believe to be ginseng or ginger in the back because Asians love that stuff for some reason.
Overall this place has surprisingly really good boba, and is well priced.
