As someone that traveled Europe recently and got to try a lot of French cuisine over there, I can definitely say the dishes here completely up to par with gourmet French cuisine. Everything was incredibly delicious, such as the pan sauce with the Chicken French that really stood out, the extremely tender braised short rib, and the white clam pizza great for sharing.
Found this place in the quaint downtown Verrado. Everything we ordered we enjoyed: skirt stake with potatoes and arugula placed on a delicious sauce, fried mazzarella also on a delicious red sauce. Seating outdoors in our fall weather added to the nice atmosphere as well as the sweet attentive service of our Peruvian waiter
Very cool location and a fun atmosphere. It was beautiful out so the garage doors were open with a feeling of eating outside even though we had a table inside. Our server was super friendly and guided us on drinks and food. No disappointment there!! The food was excellent and fresh. Cocktails were delicious. We talked of going back again tonight or before the end of our trip. Other things on the menu we want to try.
We had a sudden change in venues for a wedding and needed a space to host our rehearsal dinner for 30 people. I called with a 24 hour notice to see if they could accommodate us. They were able to take our party and even made a custom menu last minute. Upon arrival for dinner the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Food and drinks were amazing! They were so kind and made a stressful situation of a last minute venue change so much easier. Highly recommend and so appreciative of their kindness.
Decided to try a new restaurant, and was pleased. We ordered two cocktails the Pineapple Express and the Refreshing Hibiscus; two apps fried mozzarella which were delicious and the veal meatballs which I really didn't care for. For main dishes we ordered the New York Strip Steak and Seafood Risotto. The steak melted in my mouth, it was really good. I've never had Risotto so I wanted to try it and I thought it was ok. Our waitress was wonderful! I would definitely dine at this establishment again.
It’s a clean and a pretty bistro. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. There are many selections of spirits, beer, and wine in their menu. The drinks are good, but the food was just okay.
We ordered Linguine & Shrimp and Sausage & Pepper for our meal. The linguine was slightly overcooked and hardened by the time it was served. The flavour was simply creamy, it could use more pepper or cheese. Shrimp was a decent flavor with good size. Loved that. For the Sausage and Pepper, there was too much tomato sauce overpowering the dish. I could barely taste the peppers. The sausage itself was okay. Overall, it’s a decent dish. I think if they improved it a little, it would be a better experience for the customers.
We had an amazing dinner here! Started with a couple cocktails that were perfectly balanced. Can't remember the names, but they were on the menu. The Brussel sprout salad was delicious!
Tempo Urban Bistro is one of the few independent, fancier eateries around Buckeye, and it truly stands out in the best of ways. We ate there for a Monday lunch. It was somewhat busy, not full, and service was good throughout our visit. The atmosphere itself was pleasant.
We started off with drinks and the fried house-made mozzarella. Wow, was that good. This isn't in stick form like most places, but cut into patties, breaded, and served atop a fresh bed of chopped tomatoes and oil. The freshness of the cheese--of everything--came across.
My main dish was the kale, roasted beet, and salmon salad. Most places, I ask for dressing on the side, but here I didn't ask for that--and it worked out just fine. The greens were perfectly dressed, not soggy or dry. There was just the right amount of salmon and beets. The flavors and textures melded in a lovely way. I'd definitely get this salad again.
My husband had the Whiskey Smoker burger and really enjoyed it. Meat, bread, all of it was good, and the fries were nicely cooked and seasoned, too.
In all, a great experience, and one that encourages us to make a return visit.
