Excellent hotel and everything that you could ask for is a short walking distance. Very safe and secure area and exceptional customer service. Great pool area also and gardens. The breakfast is way above normal with the chef asking, how would you like your eggs cooked & then an array of foods to self serve buffet style.

An excellent hotel with top notch service and beautiful grounds. We arrived very late after a delayed flight so were only able to stay at the hotel for about 10 hours (from about 12:30 am - 10:30 am) before departing on a driving trip. Nevertheless the staff made a very positive impression - helpful, informative and ready to offer amenities. My only complaint was the room only offered double beds which if we had been staying for more days may have become an issue. |The location turned out to be more appealing in the day than at night when it looked like we drove through an empty office park but in the AM I realized the front of the hotel had a beautiful rotunda.

Loved my stay at this hotel! I was there for a work trip and enjoyed every minute of it. Pretty good gym on the second floor. Rooms were big - at least my suite was HUGE!- much more than I needed! And the staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to assist any way they could. They also have a shuttle to and from the airport! Very walk-able area and even a quick little hike available around the corner! I would definitely stay here again. Grounds were also very beautiful!

I stayed here to attend a show at Sunbar and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly! I was greeted outside the door and then checked right into my room. I enjoyed in-room dining for dinner and dessert and the airport shuttle was very convenient.

Despite its 3-star rating, this hotel feels more like a 4-star. It offers excellent room service and convenient valet parking. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. From the front desk to the valet, the staff are friendly and welcoming, except for Alana at the front desk, no smile with an angry face, clearly showing she did not want to be there. Otherwise it’s great place to stay

I get to spend a lot of time here as I visit here usually twice a year for work. This is certainly one of the nicest if not the nicest hotel in Tempe. The staff is very attentive and has always taken great care of me. The rooms and common areas are all very comfortable and it is very easy to get around the area as it is very well located. The bar and restaurants are a bit pricey compared to everything else on nearby Mill Ave so usually it is better to go elsewhere. As with most of Tempe the noise of airplanes flying overhead is very present but there are some rooms better than others for lessening this. If your visiting Tempe and need a hotel it will be hard to beat this location.

The rooms were clean. The service was excellent. At night we swam in the pool, we had it all to ourselves. Our toddler enjoyed it very much! I’d stay here again!

The pool was really quiet on weekday afternoons and we loved the cabañas for shade. The courtyard was amazing; breakfast on the terrace (great buffet with a huge selection and omelette bar), the view from our room on the fourth floor, the couches to sit and relax by the fountain. The staff was so friendly. We bumped into house keeping when we were returning to our room and she was so wonderful and had the biggest smile. The shuttle drivers, valet and front desk staff were all really friendly and made our arrival and departure so easy (with an early check in). The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the water pressure in the shower perfect. The location was phenomenal, within walking distance of restaurants, the light rail and Tempe Beach Park. It was like an oasis right in the middle of town. Will stay there again for sure!
