Beautiful place for a sunny bike ride! Fishing, walking, paddle boarding, paddle boats, etc. plenty of picnic tables and benches.
Tempe Beach Park is awesome! It's right by the water with a cool lake. You can relax on the grass, play sports, or have a picnic. There are nice paths for walking or biking. It's a peaceful spot to enjoy nature. I had a great time there, and it's a perfect place for outdoor fun!
I love being able to see concerts here and even without events it's a nice relaxing place to take a stroll. My only major complaint is finding parking or the congestion when there are major events. I've frequently parked elsewhere and taken them tram which drops off right across the street.
Perfect place for family’s , dogs , single , couples , everyone. The best place around here to go walking and enjoy the scenery. Great place to exercise like , bikes, skateboards, scooters , Etc . They have paths to follow , water fountains for people and dogs . Just overall a wonderful place to have peace, and spend time with others. Great for Date Night, kids, family, to be by yourself,
Always heard of this place and got a glimpse of it typically whenever had to visit ASU, but finally got chance to visit it on Christmas Eve !
It did not seem Phoenix at all (rains helped that transition further). Very lively river front park with folks busy skateboarding, scootering, juggling or jogging in nice winter weather of Phoenix. However due to the holiday, we missed to explore boating options. May be next time.
My first time attending Boots In The Park, it was a beautiful night in AZ. Enjoyed all of the music and festivities. Also, it was my first time to ride Tempe light rail, making getting around downtown much easier.
Awesome place to take a walk, run, or just go and relax for a while. The views are very nice, specially when the sun is setting and the lights come on.
Tempe Beach Park is really a nice place to spend time with family and friends alongside the Lake. Have been here multiple time and feels relaxing over the evenings to take long walks and jogs 🏃
There are plenty of sit out places (tables/lawn). There are very good options to try out boating 🛶 and bike 🚲 rides (rentals available). There’s a nearby parking facility (free over weekends, $3/hour over weekdays).

Kiwanis Park is awesome! It's got a big playground, nice picnic spots, and a cool splash pad. My family loves coming here for fun outdoor days. The greenery and clean paths make it perfect for walks too. We always have a blast!
We are from Boston, but when we visit our daughter, we always stop here and do the paddle bolts or just enjoy the atmosphere. Love the view of the planes going in and out of Sky Harbor.

The skatepark doesnât seem like much at first but itâs pretty fun dues to the ramps having good transition. It is pretty slick though so be careful, it also has a kinked rail and an two step manual pad/ ledge
