We switched to Telechoice when we relocated our offices last October. This telephone system is excellent! The options work very well for our office. Having the system on a schedule to include weekends and holidays, adjusting the system for office renovations where calls are forwarded to a cell, using the app to answer calls from my cell when I am away from the office or away from my physical desk, making work calls from the app using my office number so there is no need to block my caller id. The options are limitless! And of course customer service is A +. You can always reach someone on the phone for last minute adjustments! Oh and the cost is extremely reasonable! Great service and a great system! Thank you!

You know that feeling when you’re stuck on hold with a big-box company, waiting to be transferred to yet another moron that’s halfway across the globe reading from a computer screen? Yeah, well luckily I dont! ever since I started using Telechoice. These guys are the real —no nonsense, no hidden fees just to tweak a setting, or change an extension. Someone quit and I need to change the Extension to route to someone else. Done! no endless loops of “please hold.” They actually pick up the phone, help you out, and get you back to what really matters. I never have to worry about being passed off to someone who can’t actually solve my problem; Telechoice just gets it done. Honestly, I’m not going anywhere. Telechoice has earned my trust, and they’ve made my life so much easier. If you want someone reliable for your business do yourself a favor and give Telechoice a try.
