AVOID AT ALL COST. The priority from day 1 is to make sure they monetize EVERY interaction with you. Fill out the intake form before they will talk to you. Fill out the credit card authorization with additional 3% surcharge. Our company was required to VENMO the tech before the company would allow the poor guy to leave. There is something very unscrupulous and short sighted and frankly offensive about the way TDNYC treats their customers. We would never recommend them to anyone. They hardly know how to treat their own employees. TDNYC could not diagnose or fix any of our issues over several days. But they did bully and harass and lie to us with fake invoices and bizarre threats. You will interact 200% more, get 5X more attention from the pitbull Karen who does invoicing and payments than with anyone else in that company. What an absolute disgrace.

Awful Support Experience, seems like 90% of the time Tele-Dynamics is never around to support the products they sell. Most trouble calls end up in very little assistance from their support team, pushing clients to pay for support.
