I’ve been incredibly frustrated with TEKsystems. I’ve called their main line multiple times, left voicemails, and guess what? No one ever calls me back. I applied for a few jobs, and two recruiters got ahold of my applications. Instead of sticking to what I applied for, they decided to play matchmaker with my resume: “We know you applied for this, but we think you’d be a better fit for something else!” Uh, no thanks. I applied for that specific position for a reason and tailored my resume accordingly. But the moment I push back even a little, they vanish like ghosts. I’ve made it crystal clear that I’m exclusively interested in IT security jobs or remote positions, and suddenly, it’s like I don’t exist. They don’t respond to my emails, and one recruiter even promised to call me in an hour—spoiler alert, that call never came. If you can’t get me what I want, just say so instead of wasting my time and ghosting me! As an autistic introvert, I usually struggle with communication, but I’m pretty sure I communicate better than these guys. I expected a recruitment company to put in some effort, but instead, everyone I’ve interacted with at TEKsystems eventually disappears if you don’t go along with whatever they offer first. I’ve tried emails, phone calls, LinkedIn—I’ve done it all, and they clearly have no interest in helping me. I definitely won’t be counting on them for future employment opportunities.

I worked with 2 recruiters here who helped me immensely. They were always calling me with new job offers when they had them. When the job offers didn't match what I wanted, they took note and gave me more personalized job offers. I worked with Adam at first, then Erin later. They were both really great to work with. They paid special attention to what I was qualified for and interested in when sending me job postings. I don't get that with any other job recruiting company that I have worked with.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Broken promises from recruitment, no PTO for contract employees, and disregard for Do-Not-Contact requests. You want to know where you guys went wrong? You broke your promise to us when you recruited us about employment retention. I acknowledge why I got fired (albeit a minor thing), but all of my fellow coworkers who were contracted to work for eBay lost their jobs after eBay closed their contract (in December 2017), despite the promises made to us when we were recruited. We were promised that if our merits proved that we were good employees, we would be able to keep our jobs with TEKsystems and be contracted elsewhere. All of my fellow associates were fantastic employees, but got canned after eBay ended their contract with you. With the matter of my termination, I got no formal or written warning, just cut, I'm gone. TEKsystems left me unemployed with a wife and a 9 month old son and rent. Though what seemed like forever, I eventually received employment with the best company I have ever worked for: with PTO, benefits, raises, bonuses, genuine appreciation, the best managers, etc. The only reason I am writing this review is after a previous instance where TEKsystems tried to re-recruit me about a year after my termination, and me telling them to stop contacting me, they contacted me again.

They got me my first job in IT when I had just been laid off from another company. I see a lot of bad reviews here, but I had a great experience. They treated me fair and after I passed a technical test they got me placed with a company making more money than I had been previously. I recommend you talk to them with an open mind and just be aware that every company out there will have good and bad reviews.

This was a decent company to do work with while it lasted. However, when I started being harrassed by management I decided to leave even though I was doing my work well. After submitting my two weeks, instead of being professional, they called me and just said not to come back. They don't have the professional decency to go through normal exit procedures but instead just get rid of you. They also make you think you are getting great pay but really you are being underpaid compared to market pricing. Save yourself the trouble and apply directly for anyone else in this valley. It isn't worth the stress and turmoil.

Recruiter contacted me about an application I submitted, went down to the office to get a basic interview done to look at other options within their open positions. I was sent home to accomplish a technical test to see where my aptitudes lie. I have not been able to contact the recruiter since taking the test. It seems to me this company has some shady business practices that may border on the illegal. This definitely goes beyond the colossal waste of time that I've been subjected to.

worked with a great team in another state, when I relocated TEKsystems called me about a position, but wanted me to take hair samples and a lie detector for this one job. Since I said "that seems a bit much for a 3 month job" have not heard from anyone since. maybe its just the ghosting issue more and more companies seem to be doing lately.

I have worked with both Sabrina Pickering and Will Kinikini. They are both judgemental people who couldn't care less about finding people jobs. I have tried working with them to find a job and they were both less than enthusiastic about helping me. I will never recommend them to anyone ever.
