I am completely satisfied with the service provided by Bill of TEKserv. A few years ago Bill reconfigured my home's fire and security system after it was installed by another local company. I was dissatisfied with my original configuration because I was paying a separate fee for fire monitoring and security monitoring. Now my systems work in conjunction with each other and I am paying a combined monitoring fee that is half what I was paying with the previous company.
