I called TM's number late on a Friday afternoon, expecting to leave a message. I had been struggling with longstanding connection problems on my work laptop to the point I had been looking to purchase a new, expensive laptop but then would have to confront the problem of re-installing ALL of my (very) old apps. Joe actually answered the phone. He was driving home from a vacation. He patiently listened and in ten seconds offered a simple, inexpensive solution! He offered to "walk me through it" ON SUNDAY after I received the device from Amazon. He REFUSED my offer of payment. Then, he was available for consultation Saturday to confirm my course of action.
